Ein Notfall wurde ignoriert durch unprofessionelles Personal. Die lapidare Antwort des Besitzers der Apotheke, es handelte sich um ein rezeptpflichtiges Medikament, ist gleichermaßen arrogant und kundenfeindlich! Nach Rücksprache mit dem rezeptierenden Arzt wurde mir versichert, dass das Rezept an die Steirerapotheke gefaxt wurde, und zwar 3h bevor ich die Apotheke aufsuchte um es einzulösen. Ein lebensnotwendiges Medikament wurde mir verweigert, obwohl ich Stammkunde war! Und das an einem Freitag nachmittags! Gottseidank besteht die Welt nicht nur aus herkömmlichen scheinbar verantwortungslosen Systemlingen. Ich bekam das für mich essentielle Notfallsmedikament in einer anderen Apotheke von deren Chefin persönlich gegen Einsatz ausgehändigt. Fazit: Der Fisch stinkt immer vom Kopf her! A decision-maker reacts arrogantly and hostile to customers. Such a lousy performance is not to be tolerated! An emergency was ignored by unprofessional staff. The succinct reply from the owner of the pharmacy that it was a prescription drug is both arrogant and anti-customer! After consultation with the doctor who wrote the prescription, I was assured that the prescription had been faxed to the Steirepharmacy 3 hours before I went to the pharmacy to redeem it. I was denied an essential drug even though I was a regular customer! And that on a Friday afternoon! Thank God the world doesn't just consist of conventional, seemingly irresponsible systemlings. I was personally handed out the emergency medicine, which was essential for me, in another pharmacy by the boss of that pharmacy. Conclusion: The fish always stinks from the head!
