★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hätte novalgin schmerztabletten für meinen krebskranken opa gebraucht (im arztbrief verordnet Samstags um 11 ) sie gaben sie mir nicht.schikanierten mich und machten sich lustig. Bei einer anderen apotheke problemlos bekommen. Diese apotheke sieht mich nicht mehr und werde es auch weitergeben wie herablassend man dort behandelt wird. Selbst ein Stern ist zuviel.
If novalgin had used pain pills for my grandpa with cancer (prescribed in the doctor's letter on Saturdays at 11) they didn't give me them. They bullied me and made fun of me. Get it at another pharmacy without any problems. This pharmacy no longer sees me and will also pass on how condescendingly one is treated there. Even a star is too many.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe gestern frgen wollen wegen einen termin für einen pcr test und dan hat es keinen mer gegeben und die frau am telefon gesagt wir sollen einfach nur kommen sie bringt uns so reinohne termin und dan war ich heute bei der apotheke und die haben gesagt nein das hat von uns sicher keiner gesagt das wir einfach so kommen können wegen einen pcr test und so weitwr und total unfreundlich und alles bin wirklich sehr entäuscht!!! Wen sie nicht arbeiten wollen sind sie falsch am platz.
Yesterday I wanted to ask about an appointment for a pcr test and then there was no mercy and the woman on the phone said we should just come she brings us in without an appointment and then I was at the pharmacy today and they said no, that has Of us certainly no one said that we can just come because of a pcr test and so weitwr and totally unfriendly and I'm really very disappointed! If you don't want to work you are at the wrong place.

Mitarbeiterin war sehr unfreundlich.
Habe gestern mit einer anderen Mitarbeiterin telefoniert da ich online keinen PCR Test Termin machen konnte. Sie sagte mir das immer um 3/4 probieren sollte von der Zeit her. Bzw ohne einen Termin kommen soll.
Very disappointed with this pharmacy.
Employee was very rude.
Phoned another employee yesterday because I couldn't make an appointment for a PCR test online. She told me that I should always try at 3/4 of the time. Or should come without an appointment.
