M	M K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider konnte mir heute Nachmittag (20.6.2020) die zuständige Dame im Apothekennotdienst nicht weiterhelfen. Da ich die letzten 2 Tage unerwartet terminlich verhindert wurde konnte ich kein Rezept für das notwendige Medikament holen. "Ich glaube Ihnen die Geschichte nicht!", bekam ich als Antwort. Die Dame fing an sich aufzuregen... u.a.: "Besorgen Sie sich das Medikament sonst irgendwo!" Da ich nächste Woche im Ausland bin werde ich keine Möglichkeit haben das Medikament zu besorgen und muss mit gesundheitlichen Konsequenzen rechnen. Und das Rezept vom Hausarzt nachzubrigen war für sie auch keine Option. Also Danke an die freundliche Dame!! sarkasmus Angenommen ich wäre mit Übelkeit gekommen, hätte sie dann auch gesagt: Ich glaube Ihnen nicht! ?? Dieses Service hat mit NOTDienst nichts zu tun. Unfortunately, the responsible lady in the pharmacy emergency service could not help me this afternoon (June 20, 2020). Since I was unexpectedly prevented from scheduling the last 2 days, I could not get a prescription for the necessary medication. "I don't believe the story!" I got in reply. The lady started to get upset ... including: "Get the medication anywhere else!" Since I am going to be abroad next week, I will not be able to get the medication and have to face health consequences. And refining the prescription from the family doctor was not an option for her either. So thanks to the friendly lady !! sarcasm Assuming I came with nausea, she would have said: I don't believe you! ?? This service has nothing to do with the emergency service.

Angeschlossen ist außerdem eine nette Drogerie mit einer großen Tee- und Spezialitätenauswahl sowie kreativen Geschenken! Sehr empfehlenswert! Nice pharmacy in a central location with competent staff. There is also a nice drugstore attached with a large selection of teas and specialties as well as creative gifts! Highly recommended!

Auch das angrenzende Teehaus ist super - für jeden Anlass findet man hier eine nette Kleinigkeit! Sehr freundliche Beratung - man spürt, dass die Angestellten ihre Arbeit gerne machen! Komme immer gerne wieder! I always feel that I am in very good hands, the employees are eager to help you, professionally competent and very friendly! Die Preise sind zwar sehr teuer, aber das ist in allen Apotheken so. A nice pharmacy with friendly staff. There are many own products from the pharmacy, such as Bach flowers or insect spray. The prices are very expensive, but this is the case in all pharmacies.

Es gab über Monate hinweg KEINE Selbsttest zum Abholen, anstelle dessen wurde groß mit der Impfung geworben. Als ich heute dort angerufen habe wurde ich genervt empfangen und obwohl ich noch nicht einmal mit meinem Gespräch zu Ende war wurde einfach aufgelegt!? Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend the pharmacy since the Corona situation. For months there was NO self-test to pick up, instead the vaccination was advertised extensively. When I called there today I was greeted annoyed and although I hadn't even finished my conversation, they just hung up! ?
I	Ich Wa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Apotheke ist unter jede linie ich habe dort ein Rezept bestellt das meine Hausärztin hin geschickt hat. Und habe extra vorher angerufen das die Rezepte auch angekommen sind die dame bei der Apotheke hat mir dort versichert sie richtet alles das es mein mann nur mehr holen muss. Nun wollte mein mann die sachen abholen wusste die Apothekerin nichts davon und sie haben die sachen auch nicht. Ich fühle mich sehr verarscht von dieser Apotheke und das ist mir jetzt schon das 2 mal passiert . Danke nie wieder so ein unhöfliches Personal The pharmacy is under every line. I ordered a prescription there that my family doctor sent out. And I called ahead of time so that the prescriptions had arrived, the lady at the pharmacy assured me there that she would fix everything that my husband just had to get. Now my husband wanted to pick up the things, the pharmacist didn't know anything about it and they don't have the things either. I feel very fooled by this pharmacy and this has happened to me twice now. Thank you never again such a rude staff

Wollte es später zurückgeben und mir wurde gesagt das ich es vertauscht und nie bei ihnen gekauft hätte. Als Lügner dargestellt zu werden finde ich nicht angepasst. I always found the pharmacy to be top until today where what was sold to me was wrong. Wanted to return it later and was told that I had swapped it and never bought it from them. To be portrayed as a liar is not appropriate for me.
