★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Steinklammer was recommended to us as a must-do by friends while staying in Vienna. The relaxing and cozy atmosphere, with friendly and knowledgeable staff, made us feel very comfortable and welcome from our first step in the door. We greatly enjoyed and recommend the Gruner Veltliner, Riesling, and Gemischter Satz. However, there wasn't a variety we tried that we didn't enjoy! The food was very good as well - we shared several items from the buffet while exploring the wines. We will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have mixed feelings about this place. Wine is good. Food is great. Atmosphere is very nice indeed but if you say that you would like a little bit of this and that from the cold-cut and spread selection from the food counter it's quite expensive. Otherwise very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to this place at a Christmas market of Schönbruun palace and not the restaurant. The garlic soup was just so delicious. It was perfect and hot for the windy winter weather there. We initially bought one but we liked it so much that we immediately went for another. They also had bread pizzas which were equally tempting.
