G	Gabriele Zach-Rainer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es gibt sie doch noch, die Wahren Helden in Sachen Dienstleistung! Ich hatte vor einem Jahr ein Hybrid Bike bei Steinbach gekauft. Nach einem Jahr brachte ich es heute zum Service nach Kitzbühel, eine kleine Weltreise mir mich als Innsbruckerin. Der Plan war, das Bike am Vormittag zu bringen und am Nachmittag wieder abzuholen. Ziemlich groß war der Schreck, als mich die Dame von Steinbach am Nachmittag anrief und mir mitteilte, dass mein Rad heute nicht mehr fertig werden würde. Beim Hinterrad war eine Speiche gebrochen und somit musste das Bike zerlegt werden und das ginge sich in einem Tag nicht aus. Der Schreck war umso größer als ich am Montag am Gardasee einen Bike-Urlaub gebucht habe und Bike-Urlaub ohne bike..... Markus von Steinbach meinte zwar er könne mir das Rad seiner Frau leihen, (was an sich schon eine Sensation ist) aber begeistert war ich nicht. Als ich am Abend dann zu Steinbach fuhr staunte ich nicht schlecht als ich Markus mit meinem Bike fahren sah! Auf meinen ungläubigen Blick meinte er nur:" Manchmal muss der Chef ran!" Hatte er mir doch tatsächlich einen, wohlgemerkt neuen, Hinterreifen montiert! Er sagte er könne mir doch nicht den Urlaub verderben und wenn man schon so ein teures Rad kauft, dann muss auch mal ein Extraservice drinnen sein! Ich finde diese Einstellung einfach sensationell und kann Steinbach-Bike nur wärmstens empfehlen. Ich hab mein Rad jetzt seit einem Jahr und bin superhappy damit. Beratung und Service TOP! They still exist, the true heroes when it comes to service! A year ago I bought a hybrid bike from Steinbach. After a year, I brought it to Kitzbühel for service today, a little trip around the world as an Innsbruck native. The plan was to bring the bike in the morning and pick it up again in the afternoon. The shock was pretty big when the lady from Steinbach called me in the afternoon and told me that my bike would not be ready today. A spoke on the rear wheel was broken and so the bike had to be dismantled and that wouldn't work out in one day. The shock was all the greater when I booked a bike holiday on Lake Garda on Monday and a bike holiday without a bike ..... Markus von Steinbach said he could lend me his wife's bike (which in itself is a sensation ) but I wasn't enthusiastic. When I went to Steinbach in the evening, I was amazed when I saw Markus ride my bike! At my incredulous look he only said: "Sometimes the boss has to answer!" Did he actually fit a rear tire, mind you, a new one! He said he couldn't spoil my vacation and if you buy such an expensive bike, then there has to be an extra service! I think this attitude is simply sensational and I can only warmly recommend Steinbach-Bike. I've had my bike for a year now and I'm super happy with it. Advice and service TOP!

Selbst der Sattel wird für die individuelle Nutzung ausgesucht. Wir fahren sechs bis acht Stunden am Tag, ohne dass das Hinterteil schmerzt. Perfekter Service und Beratung. I have never driven a better adapted bike. Seat position, handlebar, wheel diameter - all individually. Even the saddle is chosen for individual use. We drive six to eight hours a day without the back part hurts. Perfect service and advice.
