Aus Fairness halber lasse ich meine negativen Erfahrungen mit Sparkasse generell Mal aus. Nein, teilweise hab ich mit denen soviele Probleme, dass mein Klassenvorstand mir nicht mehr glaubt und mein Betreuer schon geraten hat die Bank zu wechseln wird auch bald geschehen. Obwohl diese Bank nur 50 Meter von mir entfernt ist, würde ich lieber mein Girokonto bei Raiffeisen haben, welche ein Kilometer entfernt sind. Dies ist nur meine Meinung gegenüber die, wenn ihr mit denen klar kommt ist gut, aber ich tue mir langsam schwer freundlich zu denen auf dem Kalvariengürtel zu sein. Leider verweigerte der Münzzähler mein Sparbuch beim Durchziehen - Lesefehler. Da nicht gerade Hochbetrieb herrschte, wandte ich mich an die Schalterdame. Die probierte es auch, vergeblich. Darauf meinte sie, sie könne mir nicht helfen, ich sollte mich doch an die Filiale Lend- oder Hasnerplatz wenden. Wie bitte?? Hasnerplatz: eine gutgelaunte freundliche junge Dame kann helfen: sie erstellt mir nämlich ganz einfach ein neues Sparbuch. So einfach geht das. Fazit: die Filiale am Kalvariengürtel sieht mich nicht wieder. Unfähig oder einfach nur unwillig? Egal. Kundenservice sieht anders aus- siehe Hasnerplatz. Since it wasn't exactly busy, I turned to the receptionist. She tried it too, in vain. Then she said she couldn't help me, I should contact the Lendplatz or Hasnerplatz branch. I beg your pardon?? Hasnerplatz: a good-humored, friendly young lady can help: she simply creates a new savings account for me. That's how easy it is. Conclusion: the branch on the Kalvariengürtel won't see me again. Inept or just unwilling? No matter. Customer service looks different - see Hasnerplatz.

Mitarbeiterin schwarze harre richtige Frechheit Und Gott sei dank ist meine Hausbank am Bahnhof Das ist die bessere Bank und freundlich sind auch alle I have to say that this one employee was very rude And said she can not approve the payment for the reason that the signature does not match despite the photo ID! Employee black expect real cheek And thank god my house bank is at the train station That is the better bank and everyone is friendly too
