It wasn't my turn despite the appointment. No excuse, no explanation. Unfriendly. Business doesn't make a good impression for me either.

Great service, friendly staff and a young, motivated team. Waiting time was shortened with coffee, so you don't need more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unprofessionell,unerfahren und unzufrieden nach dem Schnitt rausgegangen, am liebsten nicht bezahlt. War angeblich Meister hatte keine Ahnung von Haaren. Hat statt meinen Spitzen mehr als die Hälfte abgeschnitten. Kein Verständnis. Gehe nie wieder hin.
Very unprofessional, inexperienced and unsatisfied after the cut went out, preferably not paid. Was supposedly master had no idea about hair. Cut off more than half instead of my tips. No understanding. Never go back.

Came shortly before my appointment and was allowed to take a seat immediately. No long wait. The hairdresser was very friendly and competent. I was very happy with the result. I can only recommend.
