Aufgrund der schlechten Rezessionen wollte ich es mir schon anders überlegen, versuchte trotzdem einen Termin zu bekommen. Zu meiner Überraschung bekam ich sofort einen Termin und bekam ein kompetentes Beratungsgespräch. Der Berater war äußerst nett und zuvorkommend, erklärte mir außerdem, dass es gar nicht mehr als zwei Schalter gibt (und das Personal das gar nicht entscheiden kann) Mein Fazit: Lieber selber hinschauen und selbst eine Erfahrung sammeln. Was in the branch recently because I wanted advice on housing finance. Because of the bad recessions, I wanted to change my mind, but still tried to get an appointment. To my surprise, I immediately got an appointment and got a competent consultation. The consultant was extremely nice and courteous, and also explained to me that there are no more than two counters (and the staff cannot decide at all) My conclusion: It's better to take a look yourself and gain an experience yourself.

S	Sigrid Ponticelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute hatte eine Dame Schalterdienst, die immer unmotiviert erscheint. Heute war sie zudem auch unfreundlich. Das ist zwar eine Kombination, die gut passt, mir jedoch nicht gefällt. Darauf habe ich sie angesprochen, worauf vielsagende Blicke mit dem Kollegen ausgetauscht wurden. Mich wundert es nicht, dass diese Filiale so schlecht bewertet wird. Schade, denn meine persönliche Beraterin ist sehr nett. Today a lady worked at the counter who always seems unmotivated. Today she was also unfriendly. It's a combination that works well, but I don't like it. Then I spoke to her, whereupon meaningful looks were exchanged with the colleague. I am not surprised that this branch is rated so badly. It's a shame because my personal advisor is very nice.

Ich weiß zwar nicht was die vielen Angestellten jetzt machen aber die "Bank" ist nurnoch ein großer Selfserviceschalter. 4,5% Inflation ist nicht deren Schuld trotzdem, mehr crypto, Ausstieg aus Fiat Schwach, wem ist das eingefallen? Haben mich sehr nett angerufen weshalb ich verärgert war. Es ist nochimmer die Beste Bank ich bin nur mit dem System allgemein unzufrieden. Since the renovation there is no more money counter! I don't know what the many employees are doing now, but the "bank" is just a big self-service counter. 4.5% inflation is not their fault anyway, more crypto, exit from fiat Weak, who thought of that? Called me very nicely which made me angry. It's still the best bank and I'm just generally dissatisfied with the system.

Although it was a paid service, since I had low account balance she still helped me. Even during so much loss around the world during the pandemic, It really made my day good that nice people are everywhere who would go an extra step to help. Thank you ??
