Quiet, spacy, there is no TV but that is a great plus cuz you can start talking to eachother, again ;-), clean and cozy!

· Mr Chenfu is very helpful, agreed to provide keys well before check-in time and introduced everything at the apparts. He is living in the same house where the appart is located: it is located in a small multi-room house at first floor with private entrance. So all you need is to call him and you got the keys! The check out is also pretty easy: just leave the keys on the desk and that's it Appart is well equipped, not very modern but contains all you need for a short and medium-to-short stay You have coffee, tee, sugar and other necessary small things which makes your life comfortable and do not need to run to closest supermarket (which is btw in 600m away, near U-bann station) to buy something. It is 30-40 minutes by public transport to city centre, last station of U-6 line which is pretty convenient. - Parking - it is not too easy to find one time to time. There is a free street parking zone at Wien (one of the lasts where it is not yet charged), however is pretty occupied all the time. It is possible to find something should you drive all the small streets around to find an empty space as many cars do and you can see many very slow cars with heads inside synchronically turning around on 360 degree to find one. So be ready to spend some time to find an empty space on small streets around and then have a pretty interesting time to off-park your car after on, when other cars of local residents are parked pretty close to your one at evening. It smells like nobody visited the apparts for a long period of time, even spiders in the corners look very relaxed. Appart is a bit noisy and someone walks over you head or at yard with a lights automatically turns on all the time, even in late evening.
