S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war im Sept. 2019 von München unterwegs nach Ungarn wärend der Fahrt kam ESP -Ausfall / Sensor und Turboschlauch und auf der Rückfart noch ein Bremsleitungsproblem also ganz s....e zusammen alles des vom DB C220 CDI Bj 2008. Diese Fa ist nicht nur gut sondern SUPER -SUPER -SUPER und verdient nur Anerkennung und Lob, alle können von denen ein Bespiel nehmen! Mir haben sie stets sofort geholfen und sofort repariert, dafür sage nur DANKE- DANKE- DANKE und weiter so ! I was traveling from Munich to Hungary in September 2019 during the trip ESP failure / sensor and turbo hose and on the return I still had a brake line problem so very much all of the DB C220 CDI Bj 2008. This Fa is not only good but SUPER -SUPER -SUPER and deserves only praise and praise, everyone can take an example! They always helped and repaired me immediately, just say THANKS-THANKS-THANKS and keep it up!

Ich wurde super beraten und mein Mercedes war schneller wieder fahrbereit als erwartet. Diese Werkstatt kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. TOP Unternehmen So I can not understand the bad reviews of some people here! The boss and his staff are very friendly and accommodating. Mir wurde vom Chef persönlich erklärt was an meinem Auto gemacht gehört da ich mich mit Autos überhaupt nicht auskenne. Und mir wurden auch keine Märchen erzählt über irgendwelche Mängel die gar nicht vorhanden sind da ich meinem Mann den Kostenvoranschlag zeigte und er die angegeben Mängel nachkontrollierte. Ehrliche Mechaniker findet man heutzutage leider kaum noch!! Klare Weiterempfehlung A colleague recommended this workshop to me and he didn't exaggerate. Very friendly staff. The boss personally explained to me what was done on my car because I don't know anything about cars. And I was also not told any fairy tales about any defects that are not there at all because I showed my husband the cost estimate and he checked the specified defects. You hardly find honest mechanics these days !! Clear recommendation
A	Albert Artinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe vor kurzen in der ATM eine Reparatur an meinem ML 320 CDI durchführen lassen und zwar hatte ich einerseits einen Ölverlust am Ölwärmetauscher der sich leider in mitten des Motors befindet bei meinem V6-Diesel, sprich viel zum Zerlegen! Die Werkstatt hat mir jede menge Geld gespart indem wir den gleich daneben befindenden Stellmotor vorbeugend getauscht haben für einen nicht großen Preisunterschied (bei meinem km Stand gehen die gerne ein) um mir einen weiteren besuch in kürze und somit große weitere kosten zu sparen! Jede andere Werkstatt mit der ich meine Erfahrung machen durfte hätte diese Situation zu ihrem Vorteil genutzt und mich doppelt blechen lassen!!!! Des weiteres hatte ich einen Elektrischen Fehler-> ABS,ESP,BAS Meldung im Tacho der Fehler wurde in etwa 15 Minuten gefunden. Die letzte Werkstatt hat den Fehler nicht gefunden und mir gesagt ich soll zur Mercedes-Fachwerkstätte. Ich bin im Großen und ganzen Beeindruckt, sehr froh und erleichtert diese Werkstätte die ATM gefunden zu haben, da ich in Vergangenheit schon sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht habe. Das Ambiente und die Mechaniker waren sehr angenehm, Hier wird die Freundschaft zum Kunden gebildet und das lässt sich spüren!!!!! Der Chef hat das ganze Elektrische Problem gelöst und ist mit Ganzer Motivation dahinter. Er redet mit den Kunden auf Augenhöhe und genau das glaub ich macht das ganze in der ATM Möglich! I recently had a repair carried out on my ML 320 CDI in the ATM and on the one hand I had an oil loss on the oil heat exchanger which is unfortunately in the middle of the engine on my V6 diesel, i.e. a lot to dismantle! The workshop has saved me a lot of money by preventively exchanging the servomotor that is right next to it for a small price difference (with my km stand they are happy to come in) in order to save me another visit soon and thus large additional costs! Every other workshop with which I was allowed to have my experience would have used this situation to their advantage and had me double sheeted !! Furthermore I had an electrical error-> ABS, ESP, BAS message in the speedometer the error was found in about 15 minutes. The last workshop did not find the error and told me to go to the Mercedes workshop. On the whole, I am impressed, very happy and relieved to have found this workshop, the ATM, as I have had very bad experiences in the past. The ambience and the mechanics were very pleasant, the friendship with the customer is formed here and you can feel it !!!!! The boss has solved the whole electrical problem and is very motivated. He talks to the customers at eye level and that's exactly what I think makes the whole thing possible in the ATM!

Habe Frisches Klimagas und anderweitig ein Service gebraucht bei dem noch defekte Bremsen festgestellt wurden. Die Profis haben mein Auto tip top für meinen Urlaub und die mir bevorstehende Langstrecke durchgecheckt!!! Sehr zufrieden und pünktlich mit neuen Bremsen und kühler Luft in den Urlaub gedüst. ? This specialist workshop saved my vacation! My air conditioning was defective and only emitted hot air. I needed fresh A / C gas and other service where defective brakes were found. The professionals checked my car for my vacation and the long distance ahead !!! Very satisfied and on time with new brakes and cool air jetted off on vacation. ?

But, there is one, just when a mechanic get into my car, on the street, when gat out, he scratches my leather steering wheel with his jacket's zipper. In my opinion, the workaround could be done shorter, but they like to spend time smoking, and I pay for that time. They changed my generator (Licht Machine) with a brand new one and for this I payed 200€.
