J	Joy Park on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 시내와는 거리가 있지만 트램이 자주 다녀요. 방이 넓어서 3-4명도 이용할 수 있을것같고 다만 침대는 2인용이라 나머지는 쇼파베드를 이용하셔야할듯. There is a distance from the city but there are frequent trams. The rooms are spacious and can be used by 3-4 people, but the beds are for 2 people, so you should use the rest sofa bed.

Довольно неплохая кухня и хорошая кровать единственные плюсы этих апартаментов Hidden cleaning fee of 40 € which is not specified in the main booking. Dirty walls in the bedroom. Cleaning furniture in the living room. Not the best location. Pretty good kitchen and good bed are the only advantages of this apartment.

Les plus : lits plutôt confortables, excellente desserte grâce à la ligne 6 du tram, supermarchés à proximité (SPAR), machine à laver et lave vaisselle. Plutôt une bonne adresse Cons: no crockery (colander, stove, covered in sufficient number ...) to prepare and eat properly with family, 1 room, noisy apartment windows open (it was 30 ° C in Vienna). Most: beds rather comfortable, excellent service thanks to the line 6 tram, supermarkets nearby (SPAR), washing machine and dishwasher. Rather a good address
R	Raffaele Miele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento ottimo come base di appoggio per le escursioni turistiche verso l'intera Vienna, non solo verso il centro. La fermata del tram 6 è proprio di fronte, e con 2 fermate si arriva alla metro U1 di Rienmann platz. Con le 5 linee urbane di metro, tutte molto frequenti, si arriva in poco tempo ovunque. L'appartamento è pulito, abbastanza grande per 5 persone, ben dotato (frigo, microonde, caldaia a gas per riscaldare un'acqua altrimenti freddissima, lavatrice e lavastoviglie) e silenzioso, nonostante si trovi al "piano nobile" del palazzo. Ottimo quindi il rapporto qualità - prezzo. Circa la zona: supermercati a parte, per trovare negozi che vendano qualcosa di tipicamente austriaco occorre avvicinarsi di più al centro, altrimenti si trovano solo pizza (neanche assaggiata, ma anche solo vedendola non può ispirare i discendenti di chi la pizza l'ha creata) o kebap (non capisco perché qui si ostinino a scriverlo così, anziché kebab ...) Excellent apartment as a base for tourist excursions to the whole of Vienna, not only to the center. The tram 6 stop is right in front, and with 2 stops you reach Rienmann platz U1 metro. With the 5 urban metro lines, all very frequent, you can reach anywhere in no time. The apartment is clean, large enough for 5 people, well equipped (fridge, microwave, gas boiler to heat water otherwise cold, washing machine and dishwasher) and quiet, despite being on the "noble floor" of the building. The quality-price ratio is therefore excellent. About the area: apart from supermarkets, to find shops that sell something typically Austrian you need to get closer to the center, otherwise there is only pizza (not even tasted, but even just seeing it cannot inspire the descendants of those who created it ) or kebap (I don't understand why they insist on writing it like this, instead of kebab ...)
M	Maurizio Totti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamento semplice ed essenziale Adatto a famiglie e soprattutto ha una posizione invidiabile e tranquilla, il quartiere è a maggioranza turca ma è sicuro e super collegato con il centro di Vienna, bastano 3 fermate di tram 6 che passa proprio davanti casa... E poi si prende la metro U1 altre 3 fermate e si è in pieno centro! Il tutto in 20 minuti scarsi.. Oppure si può prendere il tram 6 nella direzione opposta e poi dopo 3 fermate cambiare con il tram 1 che ugualmente vi porterà in centro proprio davanti il palazzo di Sissi.. Vicino casa ci sono ristoranti turchi ed anche supermercati dove si può acquistare la spesa. Insomma non manca nulla anche l'accoglienza è stata calorosa (anche se non ricordo il nome della ragazza che ci ha consegnato le chiavi) Ricordatevi che siete in Austria e quindi la puntualità è importante. L appartamento è dotato di tutto, pulito,ordinato,silenzioso ad un metro dalla fermata di un tram che porta in centro. Davvero una scelta azzeccatissima. Per non parlare della disponibilità della ragazza al check in,gentile,accogliente,professionale e puntualissima. Stessa cosa per il check out....davvero consigliato alle famiglie o a chi vuole viaggiare comodo e vicino al centro senza spendere un patrimonio. Ottimo The Turkish quarter is clean, tidy and full of shops where you can find everything. The apartment is equipped with everything, clean, tidy, quiet one meter from the tram stop that takes you to the center. Really a perfect choice. Not to mention the availability of the girl at check in, kind, welcoming, professional and punctual. Same thing for check out .... really recommended for families or those who want to travel comfortably and near the center without spending a fortune. Great
