D	David Romano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das 2. mal über L'Tur gebucht und das 2. mal überhaubt nicht zufrieden. Uns wurden viele wichtige Details im vorfeld nicht bescheid gegeben. Zb. Strand, Ramadan, Umgebung, Flugzeiten haben wir erst zuhause richtig angesehen da er immer auf andere Dinge ablenkte, etc.. The 2nd time booked through L'Tur and the 2nd time not satisfied at all. We were not given many important details in advance. Eg We only really looked at the beach, Ramadan, surroundings, flight times at home because he always distracted us from other things, etc.

Wir bekamen nur patzige Antworten und wurden mega lustlos behandelt. Seither buche ich nur mehr online und kümmere mich um alles selbst, da ich keine Lust mehr auf Reisebüros habe. Disastrously bad advice. The last time we wanted to book there (2015), we should be advised about USA travel. We only got snappy answers and were treated mega listless. Since then, I have only been booking online and taking care of everything myself, as I am no longer interested in travel agencies.

Ich dachte in einem L‘tur Reisebüro würde man mir helfen? ich wurde eines Besseren belehrt! Der Inhaber meinte er könnte mir helfen ABER er täte es nicht? ich sollte dahin gehen wo ich gebucht hätte (also ins Internet) jetzt weiß ich auch warum ein Reisebüro eine aussterbende Zunft ist. Mit einer kleinen Gefälligkeit hätte er einen langjährigen Kunden gehabt! ??? I booked a trip to L'turs on the internet. There was a typo in my travel confirmation that I wanted to have corrected. I thought in an L'tur travel agency I would be helped? I was wrong! The owner said he could help me BUT he would not do it? I should go where I booked (ie on the internet) now I know why a travel agency is a dying guild. With a little favor, he would have had a longtime customer! ???

Sie sind sehr bemüht auf alle Wünsche einzugehen, sind immer freundlich und für Fragen offen. Kann dieses Reisebüro nur weiterempfehlen . I have often booked my trips with l'tur Dornbirn and have NEVER been disappointed. They try very hard to respond to all requests, are always friendly and open to questions.
