Ich ging nach einer Bergtour mit einer Augenreizung mit leichter allergischer Reaktion hin, die vermutlich durch einen Fremdkörper (Pflanzensamen o.ä.) hervorgerufen worden war. Ich informierte die Apothekerin, dass ich an Heuschnupfen leide und bereits ein Antihistaminikum genommen hatte und bat um Tropfen, um die Schwellung zu lindern und das Infektionsrisiko einzudämmen. Was ich für 11€ verkauft bekam, war steriles Wasser. Man befand es nicht für nötig, mich darüber zu informieren, dass die verkauften Tropfen keinerlei Wirkstoff beinhalteten, da es sich um ein homöopatisches Mittel D6 handelte. Der Ratschlag, das Auge mit Wasser auszuwaschen wäre genauso gut gewesen, hätte der Apotheke aber nicht Profit von 10,90€ eingebracht. Eine Frechheit! Bad service that borders on fraud. I went there after a mountain tour with an eye irritation with a slight allergic reaction, which was probably caused by a foreign body (plant seeds or the like). I informed the pharmacist that I had hay fever and had already taken an antihistamine, and asked for drops to relieve the swelling and reduce the risk of infection. What I got for € 11 was sterile water. It was not considered necessary to inform me that the drops sold did not contain any active ingredient, as it was a homeopathic remedy D6. The advice to wash your eyes with water would have been just as good, but would not have brought the pharmacy a profit of € 10.90. An impudence!

Kompetent, bemüht und sehr freundlich. Man fühlt sich gut aufgehoben. Knew the pharmacy from before. I have been living in Aftersee for some time. I can only recommend this pharmacy. Competent, hard-working and very friendly. You feel that you are in good hands.

Always very nice, courteous and technically competent .. the nice pharmacist took a lot of time to explain the use of my medication for the eyes and with great patience I then knew how often and in what form I had to instill my drops. Thank you again for that.
