Jedoch mehrmals einen Rückruf zu versprechen und dann meldet sich niemand ist feige und schwach. Sie können mir ja sagen, das ich auf der roten Liste stehe, kein Problem, es gibt ja noch andere Betriebe. Ich hatte diverse "Zusammenstöße" mit der Fa. Heissl, wo es hauptsächlich um die gesalzene Rechnung ging. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind fachlich super und sehr nett, Innendienst, Verkauf und Chef kann man getrost vergessen. Null Kundenorientierung und keinerlei Interesse an Feedback. Ich bin jetzt endgültig durch mit dieser Firma. Basically, I am of the opinion that every business person can decide who to accept as a customer. However, to promise a call back several times and then no one answers is cowardly and weak. You can tell me that I'm on the red list, no problem, there are other companies. I had various "clashes" with the Heissl company, where it was mainly about the salted bill. The on-site employees are technically great and very nice, you can safely forget the office, sales and bosses. Zero customer orientation and no interest in feedback. I am now through with this company for good.
