Haben für 19€ einen Zwiebelrostbraten bestellt, keine Zwiebeln, Pommes im Essen gehabt, Tiefkühl Grillgemüse drin gehabt und absolut minderwertiges Fleisch serviert bekommen. Fettig und zäh. Auf Bitte das Essen zurück zu nehmen stießen wir auf Unverständnis und Abweisung. Man weigerte sich uns zu verstehen und uns entgegen zu kommen. Ganz zu schweigen davon, dass das Personal kein, bzw. nur schlecht Deutsch spricht. Nach 30 Minuten Diskussion hat man uns dann 30% weniger berechnen wollen. Eine Frechheit bei so einem schlechten Service. Den dazu gehörenden Salat laut Karte wollte man uns sogar unterschlagen. Die Pommes vom Cordon Bleu waren auch fast kalt als das Essen serviert wurde. Die Käsespätzle waren versalzen und ohne Röstzwiebeln.
Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
Catastrophe. Not recommended. For 19 € ordered a Zwiebelrostbraten, no onions, fries in the food had, frozen grilled vegetables in it and absolutely inferior meat served. Greasy and tough. Upon request to take the food back we met with incomprehension and rejection. They refused to understand us and to meet us. Not to mention that the staff no, or only bad German speaks. After 30 minutes of discussion we were then want to calculate 30% less. An impudence with such a bad service. The accompanying salad according to the map they even wanted to hide us. The chips from Cordon Bleu were also almost cold as the food was served. The cheese noodles were salted and without fried onions.
Absolutely not recommended.
