★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall the hotel looks really nice and everything is clean and quite new. As well the restaurant and hotel bar is nice and you can relax there. Unfortunately the hotel does not offer any babyphone service and due to the very bad cell network coverage it is impossible to use such service. So if you travel with babies or small children you might consider to bring your own babyphone or look for a WiFi app. Furhter the rooms are not very big - a 3 person family room is even smaller than other standard double rooms for the same price. As wall the service staff seems to be at the very limit for the time and therefore it might take some time to get something to drink. Nevertheless the kids corners are really nice and the wellnes area (just sauna) is good. Last but not least the parking area is of gravel only and dirty (rain, winter).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and newly built/furnished hotel. Includes water splash area for kids, full sized gym for bad weather, playground near the restaurant and outside play ground in summer. In winter, there is a ski lift just outside of the hotel, the sledge ride is also just there. I fully recommend it for summer and winter vacation with kids. Ask for the special card with lots of discounts and recommendations for to do activities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad buffet food (similar to school canteen), basic and uninviting interior in restaurant/bar area, incompetent staff. An atmosphere of a youth hostel for a price of a premium hotel. We will never stay there again - horrible value for money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really liked this place. We were there with our family, because everything is made kids. There is a big playground and a gym hall. The food was good for a buffet. And so was the quality. I liked it very much and it was prepared quite well but nothing outstanding. The value to price was more than just OK.
The JUFA is located right next to the ski tracks/slopes, so this is really awesome.
The rooms are nothing special, but very comfortable and clean. As family there was enough space to change clothes or feed the kids.
We will definitely go there again. Thank you to the whole JUFA team- we really enjoyed it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing. New hotel. Amenities for kids are great. There is a small outdoor playground. An inside 2 story high playground and an indoor basketball court. Additionally, you will find a room with water games for the kids to get wet and play with water and a kids/ family sauna.
The Restaurant is very good and rooms are nice and comfortable. It is the best place for a family with young kids in the all area!
You can also be a visitor (without staying overnight).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed a one night stay at the Jufa Hotel Annaberg ski resort. Comfortable rooms (I stayed in a 3 bed with my 2 boys) a generous common area, and a sports hall which we enjoyed a lot. The food was fine, but lunch and dinner were both buffet and it would have been nice to have an a la carte option too. Nonetheless a great place and given the opportunity I would certainly go back.
