★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal ist auch zu substition kliente sehr freundlich was in den meisten Apotheken nicht der Fall ist. Man wirt wie ein Mensch 3klasse behandelt.
Staff is also very friendly to substition which is not the case in most pharmacies. You are treated like a 3 class human.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die jungen MitarbeiterInnen sind sehr freundlich, die ältere Dame kostet 2 Stern(normal 2 1/2) , weil sie sehr unfreundlich und von oben herab war.
The young employees are very friendly, the older lady costs 2 stars (normally 2 1/2) because she was very unfriendly and derogatory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eigentlich wollte ich mir ein Schmerzmittel abholen, aber als ich das Auto geparkt habe, ist mir die Autotüre auf einen Finger geknallt und der Finger blutete stark.
In der Apotheke wurde in aller Ruhe die Blutung gestillt, die Wunde desinfiziert und der Finger verbunden. Vielen Dank dafür!!
I actually wanted to get a painkiller, but when I was parking the car, the car door slammed on my finger and my finger was bleeding profusely.
In the pharmacy, the bleeding was calmly stopped, the wound disinfected and the finger bandaged. Thanks a lot for this!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider sehr oft arrogant und inkompetent. Wenn man etwas gegen Husten braucht werden einem im Schnelldurchlauf ein paar Produkte vorgesagt ohne Preise usw. Obwohl keine anderen Kundschaften im Geschäft waren wird sich kaum Zeit genommen. Sehr schade.
Unfortunately, very often arrogant and incompetent. If you need something against coughs, a few products are presented to you in a fast run without prices, etc. Although no other customers were in the shop, hardly any time is taken. It's a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im Vergleich zu anderen Apotheken in Linz vom Preis her meiner Meinung nach einer der teuersten. Gratis-Tests waren heute früh nicht wie vom Ministerium verkündet leider auch noch nicht erhältlich. Habe die Tests dann in einer anderen Apotheke ohne Probleme bekommen. Ansonsten OK.
Compared to other pharmacies in Linz, one of the most expensive in terms of price. Unfortunately, free tests were not available this morning, as announced by the ministry. I then got the tests in another pharmacy without any problems. Otherwise OK.
