Bei der Annahme wurde ein Lackschaden sowie eine beschädigte Bremsscheibe festgestellt, dies wurde entsprechend bei der Übergabe reklamiert, da es sich offensichtlich um einen Transportschaden handelte (Karton war beschädigt). Anschließende Meldung an den Verkäufer anhand von Fotos mit der bitte um Mängelbeseitigung. Reaktion innerhalb weniger Tage sowie Schadenregulierung mit Rückerstattung im Rahmen der entstandenen Kosten. Toller Service und gute Kommunikation! Upon acceptance, damage to the paintwork and a damaged brake disc were found; this was complained about when the vehicle was handed over, since it was obviously a transport damage (carton was damaged). (3 Tage) Leider hab ich beim montieren des Reifes gesehen dass der Vorderreifen einen Seitenschlag (8er) hat.. Sollte bei einem !Neuen?! Bike nicht der fall sein.. ... Habe das Bike keinen mm bewegt.. Telefonnnummer nicht erreichbar.. Email gesendet, mal sehen wie lange ich auf eine Antwort warten muss. Today came my Ghost Kato 3.7 Fully MTB. Shipping went quickly. (3 days) Unfortunately, when mounting the tire, I saw that the front tire had a side runout (8 mm). Should a! New one ?! Bike not be the case .. ... Didn't move the bike a mm .. Telephone number not available .. Email sent, let's see how long I have to wait for an answer.
f	frankyhoffma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe ein GHOST E-MTB bestellt. Die Lieferung über DB Schenker war die erste Enttäuschung. Lange Lieferzeit und Tracking stimmte nicht. Am Rad gab es ein paar Beanstandungen (eigentlich nicht so wild), aber ich bin jetzt schon fast 4 Wochen mit der Garantieabwicklung beschäftigt. Telefonisch ist keiner erreichbar und mails haben eine Woche Bearbeitungszeit. Klar, Corona trifft uns alle.... Aber insgesamt bin ich extrem genervt und würde den shop nicht weiter empfehlen -.- I ordered a GHOST E-MTB. The delivery through DB Schenker was the first disappointment. Long delivery times and tracking were not correct. There were a few complaints on the bike (actually not that wild), but I've been working on the warranty for almost 4 weeks now. Nobody can be reached by phone and mails have a week to process. Sure, Corona hits us all ... But overall I am extremely annoyed and would not recommend the shop to others.

Händler kommt einem nicht entgegen und ersetzt die dadurch entstehenden Kosten nicht. Paket wurde nicht ordnungsgemäß vom Händler überprüft. Schlechter und unfreundlicher Service per Mail. Telefonisch niemanden erreicht. Ghost ordered a bike that still had to be assembled. Missing parts in the package and damaged parts. Dealer does not accommodate you and does not replace the costs that arise. Package was not properly checked by the dealer. Bad and unfriendly service via email. No one reached by phone.
L	Lisa Marie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn ich 0 Sterne geben könnte würde ich es tun!! Habe bei meiner Bestellung einen Systemfehler gehabt, daher hat es mein Fahrrad zweimal bestellt. Habe per Mail mich erkundigt und das ganze klären wollen. Nach einer Woche keine Rückmeldung. Per Service Telefonnummer konnte ich niemanden erreichen. Habe dann bei dem Verlinkten Fahrradgeschäft angerufen. Da wurde mir dachte ich zumindest gut weitergeholfen und alles geklärt. Habe dann nach einer weiteren Woche (obwohl ich schon Vorkasse bezahlt hatte) nichts weiteres gehört. Habe erneut angerufen, wo man mir sehr unverschämt erklärt hat, dass das Fahrrad schon verkauft wurde (obwohl meine Bestellung schon aufgegeben war), da mein Zahlungseingang so spät war. Man hat mich nicht ausreden lassen und auch meine Beschwerde nicht sonderlich verständnisvoll reagiert. Jedoch hatte ich nach dem ersten Telefongespräch sofort bezahlt und mir wurde versichert, dass jetzt alles passt und ich mein Fahrrad erhalten würde. Das Fahrrad ist überall ausverkauft und ich habe nun kein Fahrrad mehr. Schlechtester und unverschämtester Service den ich je erlebt habe. Würde dort niemals einkaufen wieder! If I could give 0 stars I would do it !! Had a system error with my order, so my bike ordered it twice. I inquired by email and wanted to clarify the whole thing. No feedback after a week. I could not reach anyone via the service telephone number. Then I called the linked bike shop. At least I thought I was well helped and everything was sorted out. Didn't hear anything after another week (although I had already paid in advance). Called again, where I was very insolently told that the bike had already been sold (even though my order had already been placed) because my payment was so late. They never let me finish and my complaint was not particularly understanding. However, I paid immediately after the first phone call and was assured that everything would fit now and that I would receive my bike. The bike is sold out everywhere and I no longer have a bike. Worst and most outrageous service I have ever experienced. Would never shop there again!
T	Tobi W on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi zusammen, ich kann die negativen Rezessionen in gewisser Weise verstehen. Hier meine Erfahrung: Bestellvorgang und Lieferung waren superschnell. Innerhalb von 3 Tagen bekam ich einen Anruf von der Spedition wann das Rad zugestellt werden soll. Ein Tag später wurde es schon geliefert - perfekt. Das Bike das ich bestellt hatte war gut verpackt und kam ohne Kratzer oder ähnliches. Soweit war auch alles vormontiert. Besser geht es kaum. Ich wollte das Rad per Nachnahme bezahlen da ich mir unsicher war ob alles klappt. Hier auch das kleine Problem - die Rechnung von Klarna kam ewig nicht und ich war unsicher was ich machen sollte und habe dann den Support angeschrieben. Die Antwort kam etwas spät und dann gab es ein hin und her mit Klarna. Das war nicht so der Hit ... Am Ende muss man aber sagen, auch wenn es immer etwas gedauert hat, der Support hat sich sehr gut um alles gekümmert und es hat auch alles geklappt. Daher auch die 5 Sterne - kann Sportsale wirklich empfehlen. Preislich absolut top, Versand top - Support könnte schneller werden ;-) Hi everyone, I can in some ways understand the negative recessions. Here is my experience: Ordering process and delivery were super fast. Within 3 days I got a call from the shipping company when the bike should be delivered. One day later it was delivered - perfect. The bike I ordered was well packaged and came without scratches or anything like that. So far everything was pre-assembled. It couldn't be better. I wanted to pay for the bike cash on delivery because I was unsure whether everything would work. Here also the small problem - the invoice from Klarna never came and I was unsure what to do and then wrote to support. The answer came a little late and then there was a back and forth with Klarna. That wasn't that great ... In the end, you have to say, even if it always took a while, the support took care of everything very well and everything worked out. Hence the 5 stars - Sportsale can really recommend it. Absolutely top price, top shipping - support could be faster ;-)

Der Preis des GHOST LECTOR S6.7 Hybride war unschlagbar. Die Lieferung per Spedition schnell und unkompliziert mit vorheriger Ankündigung. Das Rad selbst war sehr sorgfältig verpackt und ist in perfektem Zustand angekommen. Gerne wieder! A clear recommendation for German buyers too! Contrary to other reports, I have had really positive experiences. The price of the GHOST LECTOR S6.7 hybrid was unbeatable. Delivery by forwarding agent is quick and easy with prior notice. The bike itself was packed very carefully and arrived in perfect condition. Gladly again!
