Great experience there. Got very short-term help for my bike (worn brake pads) at the material price. Good advice when buying a helmet. Clear recommendation!

Mitarbeiter wieder mal extrem unfreundlich
Stehen nur herum in einer Ecke und kümmern sich nicht um ihre Kunden!
Von guten Service ist hier keine Rede

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Shimano dt2 Schaltung war keergefahren. Kabel leider in Tirol. Wollten fürs laden nicht mal Geld.. Das nenn ich lösungs-und kundenorientiert. Danke nochmals
My Shimano dt2 gearshift was not run. Cable unfortunately in Tyrol. Didn't even want to pay for loading .. That's what I call solution and customer-oriented. thanks again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Größe Not E-Bike gewonnen und Schaltung funktioniert nicht, angerufen halbe stunde später termin bekommen. Freundlich empfangen, erklärt bekommen woran es liegt und auf drei tage vertröstet, die große Überraschung eine Stunde später wurde ich angerufen alles repariert und in ordnung. Also für mich die beste Fahradwerkstatt die es gibt. Da können sich andere in der näheren Umgebung warm anziehen Bitte macht weiter so und danke ich komme wieder. Preis Leistung 10 Sterne Freundlichkeit 10 Sterne Kompetenz 10 Sterne als Kunde fühlt man sich noch als Kunde Danke
Big trouble E-bike won and gear shift does not work, called half an hour later to get an appointment. We received a friendly welcome, explained why it was and put it off for three days, the big surprise an hour later I was called and everything was repaired and everything was in order. So for me the best bike workshop there is. Others in the vicinity can dress warmly. Please keep up the good work and thank you, I'll be back. Price performance 10 stars friendliness 10 stars competence 10 stars as a customer you still feel like a customer Thank you
