Nice and clean rooms, close to the ski slopes, great buffet breakfast and good dinner. Most of the staff is nice and professional.

Position: -Approx 400 m from the teleferic -If you cross 100 m forest path above the hotel, you can ski directly to the teleferic -500 m from quite well equipped Billa Accommodation: - we paid 25,- EUR extra to have a beautiful panorama view, a bigger room and a balcony and it was definitely worth it, - the room-service comes early morning and woke up us twice until we put a sign "not disturb" on the day 3; Food: - breakfast is surprisingly fine - even a lot of fresh a quite good fruits (pineaple, watermelon, kiwi, orange melon, ...) and of course, sausages; - the waitors are very nice, speaking several languages. I personally enjoyed the Slovak speaking staff which was extramely helpful and efficient; - as the menu is quite limited and stays the same, after a few days there is not much to choose anymore; I would add some extra items on the kids menu and do stg with the tomato pasta for the kids which tasted like heated directly from the can; Swimming pool: -A swimming pool is quite big for the ski hotel, -It was our 3rd time in this hotel, second time this year. In January 2022, water was extremely cold, kids were having blue lips after 5 mins and we had to leave the pool. There were more families with the very same situation, -I wrote an e-mail to the hotel and the situation significantly improved in February 2022 and we were having great time both, while skiing and swimming as well. It was really uncomparable with January and I am sincerely thankful for that.

The food is excellent and the staff is friendly. The mattress and the bathroom generally is worn out! Recommend for all age groups and families as well. ?? owner !

Dude. There's a sign in our room saying "freshly disinfected" but I'm pretty sure it's been there for some months at least. The room is DIRTY. The remote, the table they're GREASY. We're paying customers dude!! Don't get your hopes up if you're visiting this hotel (or should I say A LITERAL TRASH CAN)!!

Amazing view, rooms are clean but this hotel is very overpriced for what you get. It’s very outdated. Rooms are small with old school decor. No mini bar, toiletries missing in the bathroom. Food was ok. Please change the brand of coffee beans for the breakfast coffee. It’s not drinkable. Reception staff was very nice and helpful. Restaurant staff was rude and not friendly. They were annoyed if you asked for something. Location of the hotel is nice, parking at the hotel.

Spent a weekend over winter here and really enjoyed our stay. There is quite a nice view from the restaurant area and the food (for adults) is VERY GOOD, if you stay here, you should have dinner as part of your stay. In fact I think this was what made our stay worth it, seeing as you would ideally be spending most of your time out on the skislopes anyway. The rooms are clean and the fittings functional and not excessive. There are other reviews complaining that the rooms are dated and while true that the hotel was probably built decades ago, I really don't care about the colour of the carpets or the style of the cabinets.

Its inconvenient walk to ski lifts in ski boots. Hotel gave us 2 adults and two kids only a twin room, but that was easily sorted to a 4 bed room. Recommend doing dinner and breakfast. Dinner menu was great and starts with a complimentary glass of bubbles. Food was great and good portions for 4 courses.

Below average and not worth the price. The location is good and offers more or less direct access to the slopes with some 100 m uphill walking with your equipment. View from the hotel is also very good. But this is where it ends. I’m general the hotel seems very outdated and you have a sense that it would have been top notch in the 50s or 60s. Facades are faded and the inside is dominated by wood and worn fabrics. Rooms are small and although clean l, feels like it’s missing out when you expect a 4 star hotel. Again lots of wool and worn fabrics. There are no mini bar or even a fridge. The toilets are super small and missing any amenities and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty. Toilet was not clean and had brown residue from who knows who. Reception staff was helpful but the restaurant staff was at times not that friendly and approachable, to the point where it seems like they were annoyed with us ordering food. When entering the restaurant one evening, one hour before closing, the main waiter was cold telling us to leave, making us feel like kids being thrown out of a school class. Expectations were high and not met, and for the price it was a disappointment.
