A	Andreas Kritz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich durfte dieses Hotel zweimal dieses Jahr besuchen (geschäftlich und privat). Ein Markenzeichen des Personals ist die Lösungsorientierung! Jedes Thema das ich hatte wurde gelöst. Von den großen Themen (wo bekomme ich einen Test her) bis zu den kleinen Themen (ich brauche eine Creme für meine Kinder und zar recht schnell). Das herrausragende am Personal ist aber, das es immer in einer familären, vertrauten aber nicht übergriffigend Art passiert. Mögliche Unzulänglichkeiten werden durch viel Engagement und Freundlichkeit aus meiner Sicht wieder gut gemacht! Ich freue mich wieder sehr auf das nächste Treffen und wüsche alles Gute bis dahin! I got the chance to visit this hotel twice this year (for business and pleasure). A hallmark of the staff is the solution orientation! Every issue I had was resolved. From the big topics (where can I get a test from) to the small topics (I need a cream for my children and I need a cream very quickly). The outstanding thing about the staff, however, is that it always happens in a familiar, familiar but not intrusive manner. In my opinion, possible shortcomings are made up for by a lot of commitment and friendliness! I'm really looking forward to the next meeting and wish you all the best until then!

Ausgesprochen gutes Frühstücksbuffet und super leckeres Abendessen. Das Wasser im Hallenbad war angenehm temperiert und die Saunen waren auch sehr schön. Everything was wonderful, we enjoyed our vacation very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Extremely good breakfast buffet and super delicious dinner. The water in the indoor pool was at a pleasant temperature and the saunas were also very nice.

Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich. Funktionelle gemütliche, sehr saubere Zimmer mit Balkon, Bad mit Badewanne, perfekt! Hunde immer willkommen! Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen! An excellent, personally managed hotel with excellent cuisine and a great breakfast buffet! Motivated staff, always ready to listen to the guests! Very nice wellness area. Functional cozy very clean rooms with balcony, bathroom with bathtub, perfect! Dogs always welcome! We will be very happy to come back!

Die zuvorkommende Gastfreundschaft war einfach überragend genauso wie das gesamte Paket angefangen von den Zimmern (gemütlich eingerichtet mit einem super Blick auf die Berge), dem sehr gutem Essen (feines Abendessen und reichhaltiges, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück) sowie der schönen Saunalandschaft mit Pool. Das Personal ist äußerst motiviert, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Danke an das gesamte Team! We stayed at the Hotel Bachmann over the weekend and for the first time. The courteous hospitality was just outstanding, as was the entire package, starting with the rooms (comfortably furnished with a great view of the mountains), the very good food (fine dinner and rich, varied breakfast) and the beautiful sauna area with pool. The staff is extremely motivated, friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and will certainly come back. Thanks to the entire team!

The access to the lifts is good, the facilities are clean and good quality, the food was had good variety and was of good taste, the wine as well. The rooms were well sized. Perhaps an update of the showering / bathroom for aesthetics, but the quality was solid. Staff are super duper friendly and flexible in helping families. Pool is okay, kids play area is large and they can get all their energy out.
