★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Madrisa has given me some of the most enjoyable times of my life, I've made lifelong friends here largely due to its incredibly welcoming and homely atmosphere, there's no task to big for any of the staff who are all lovely and the food is delicious. Coming here to ski in gargellen works so well because they have a locker room, personal ski lift and is only 5 min walk away from the main gondola. The pool, gym, various children's play areas, games room, spa areas are all perfect and the bar is warm, always has a lovely tender and has a great selection of drinks and cocktails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are not staying at the hotel but came for just the restaurant and i must say that i have seldom reviewed anything but this place deserves a good review. Let me put it simply,
Great view
Amazing food
Amazing drinks (great wines and excellent coffee)
And even the service was outstanding and friendly as can be.
And even the prices were more than fair.
If you're in gargellen this is a must to visit.

Very comfortable and very reasonable cost.
So warm and friendly and excellent food - I first came here in 1978!
The Madrisa and indeed Gargellen are secret gems to be treasured.
So relaxing winter and summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are now visiting for the tenth year in succession and the hotel is as good as ever. Excellent facilities with swimming pool and sauna and the food is quite outstanding. All this supported by a very friendly and helpful staff who are very well led by the Rhomberg Family.
The winter snow is very reliable and the summer flora and fauna quite exceptional.
