Eine perfekter Ausgangspunkt für schöne Touren ?️ A very nice - well-kept - appealing hotel ? staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious - very clean and well maintained. Food is absolutely delicious. A perfect starting point for beautiful tours ?️

Das Service-Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Wirt des Hotels ist ein Gastronom allererster Güte. Wir werden die schönenTage hier sehr positiv in Erinnerung behalten und gerne wieder kommen. We spent a perfect vacation here in the mountains. The room was very clean, and the bed was great. The service staff is always very friendly and courteous. The host of the hotel is a first-class restaurateur. We will remember the beautiful days here very positively and will be happy to come back.

Einzig die Frühstücksauswahl hat uns nicht besonders zugesagt. Hier stehen zu viele Fertigprodukte und wenig Auswahl für ein gesundes Frühstück. Very nice, large rooms, very clean and well-kept. It is only a few minutes from the hotel to the cable car. Great starting point for tours. Only the breakfast selection didn't really appeal to us. There are too many ready-made products and little choice for a healthy breakfast.
S	Sandra Mölch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unsere Erfahrungen in der Alpenrose sind gemischt: mit dem Essen, der Servicekraft und dem kleinen Saunabereich waren wir sehr zufrieden. Der Auftritt der Besitzerin war bereits bei der Ankunft unfreundlich und unprofessionell. Die Zimmer waren generell sauber und haben dem Anspruch eines 3-Sternehotels entsprochen. In einem der Zimmer hat es sehr stark und unangenehm gerochen. Offensichtlich wurde versucht dieses Problem mit Raumspray zu neutralisieren. Lüften half leider nichts. Das Servicepersonal bestätigte den Gestank konnte uns jedoch bei ausgebuchten Hotel kein anderes Zimmer anbieten. Die Chefin war zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht im Haus, hat sich am nächsten Morgen unerlaubten Zutritt zum Zimmer verschafft als wir frühstücken waren und leugnete den Gestank. Der Gestank war übrigens so bestialisch dass wir zu viert in einem Doppelzimmer geschlafen haben. Die Besitzerin zeigte sich unverschämt, unfreundlich und bot uns keinen Kompromiss an. Die guten Rezessionen können wir in kleinster Weise teilen. Our experiences in the Alpenrose are mixed: we were very satisfied with the food, the service staff and the small sauna area. Upon arrival the owner was rude and unprofessional. The rooms were generally clean and lived up to the standards of a 3 star hotel. There was a very strong and unpleasant smell in one of the rooms. Obviously an attempt was made to neutralize this problem with room spray. Unfortunately, airing didn't help. The service staff confirmed the smell but could not offer us another room when the hotel was fully booked. The boss wasn't in the house at the time, gained unauthorized access to the room the next morning when we were having breakfast and denied the smell. By the way, the stench was so beastly that the four of us slept in a double room. The owner was impudent, unfriendly and offered us no compromise. The good recessions we can share in the smallest way.
