★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In general good hotel. Just two things could be better: More comfortable beds (but this is personal preference). Nevertheless noise is not. Use triple glazed windows! The mains street is close and even with closed windows you can hear the cars passing starting 5 am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were staying for a vacation with my family. Nice hotel! Staff is helpful and assists in all requests. Reception booked a ski course for my daughter and rental of equipment for the whole family.
The SPA area is nice and cozy, but one extra sauna would be as an advantage...
We booked only breakfasts, but upgraded to half board, dinner was very tasty. My son is lactose intolerant, but it was not a problem, during the breakfast you could find lactose-free/ gluten-free products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great stay here. The hotel stacks up pretty well and they are managing the covid situation admirably. The wellness side of things was difficult juggle (some occupants not following the rules set out by the hotel) so use that at your own risk. The dinners were lovely. Would recommend.

The Wellness facilities are amazing.
The hotel staff was able to accommodate our request for a massage at short notice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is our 3rd stay here and we love it with it's panoramic restaurant and views over the slopes, skating rink and swimming pool.
With just a short walk over to the ski shop, lifts and restaurant and regular buses to the other ski area, it couldn't be easier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend, and I checked in today no hassle friendly staff. However when we checked in and got to the room. The room was not the one we were expecting, due to booking on the booking.com app, we also called after booking online just to make sure we got a modern looking room. When we got to our room it looked like I'd walked into my grandmother's house in the 90s with 80s furniture. We explained to whom I believe was the shift manager, and she quickly helped us get a better room that was more up to date(modern). She personally showed us several rooms to look at before we decided. It was refreshing to get service like that. She was very helpful. Our first dinner was great, the dining room has a great atmosphere with wall-to-wall windows for the scenic view out to the mountains. The meal was a 5 course meal and the wait was not long in-between courses. The waiter staff were great, and answered all of out questions and were very cordial, and answered all of our questions and requests. The one draw back is our new room had a tampon on the floor in the bathroom. All in all one of the better hotels I have stayed in Europe so far.
