P	Patricia Gundelmayer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Bratapfelpunsch und der Apfelstrudel mit Vanillesauce waren wirklich sehr gut. Aber der Service war leider katastrophal. Wir mussten über 20 Minuten warten, bis wir überhaupt bestellen konnten (mussten sogar den Keller kurz anhalten und fragen, ob wir endlich bestellen können). Der Kellner hatte nicht die besten Deutschkenntnisse und Probleme unsere Bestellung aufzunehmen. Hatten eigentlich auch noch einen hausgemachten Kuchen bestellt, aber nicht bekommen. Haben den Apfelstrudel auch erst nach nochmaligen Nachfragen bekommen, hausgemachter Kuchen wurde wieder vergessen und mussten dann nochmal gute 20 Minuten warten, damit wir bezahlen können. Das Trinken und Essen war wirklich gut, aber der Service war sehr schlecht. The baked apple punch and the apple strudel with vanilla sauce were really very good. But the service was unfortunately catastrophic. We had to wait over 20 minutes before we could even order (even had to stop the basement and ask if we could finally order). The waiter didn't have the best knowledge of German and had problems taking our order. Had actually ordered a homemade cake, but didn't get it. We only got the apple strudel after asking again, the homemade cake was forgotten again and then we had to wait another good 20 minutes so that we could pay. The drink and food was really good but the service was very poor.
M	Mirko Kreiß on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super bequeme Liegestühle und Top Sicht. Aber die Bedienungen haben wohl Angst das man ohne Bezahlen geht. Man trinkt den Kaffee und dann, Sorry müssen zahlen... Kein guter Kundendienst, Schade. Super comfortable loungers and top view. But the waitresses are probably afraid that you leave without paying. You drink the coffee and then, sorry have to pay... Not good customer service, too bad.
C	Chantal Bmkn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es war nicht schlecht aber besser geht es auf jeden Fall. Wir haben dort gestern unsere Standesamtliche Hochzeit gefeiert. Es wurde vom Trauzeugen der Tisch reserviert für 5 Personen mit dem Vermerk das es eine Hochzeit ist und ob man den Tisch ein wenig nett dekorieren könnte. Unser Tisch war dann nur für 4 Personen eingedeckt (wir waren 15 Minuten vor der reservierten Zeit da aber das Lokal war drinnen leer), der Tisch hatte kein bisschen Deko und wirklich freundlich wurden wir leider auch nicht empfangen. Wir haben dann unsere Getränke bestellt, die von einer sehr unfreundlichen Dame serviert wurden. Ich habe als einzige eine Vorspeise bestellt und habe die bekommen als die anderen ihre Hauptspeise bekommen haben. Als ich dann meine Hauptspeise hatte waren alle bereits fertig. Das war auch nicht wirklich angenehm. Das Essen war lecker aber für den Preis und den Service waren wir leider doch sehr enttäuscht. It wasn't bad, but it could definitely be better. We celebrated our civil wedding there yesterday. The best man reserved the table for 5 people with the comment that it was a wedding and whether the table could be decorated a little nicely. Our table was then only set for 4 people (we were there 15 minutes before the reserved time but the restaurant was empty inside), the table had no decoration and unfortunately we were not received really friendly. We then ordered our drinks which were served by a very rude lady. I was the only one who ordered a starter and got it when the others got their main course. By the time I had my main course they were all done. That wasn't really pleasant either. The food was delicious but unfortunately we were very disappointed for the price and the service.

Der Besitzer hatte uns erzählt, dass seine Familie ihren Ursprung in der "pasticceria" hat - das schmeckt man definitiv! Really good pizzas and above all: the desserts are amazing. We had one with coffee cream and a homemade tiramisu. The owner told us that his family has its roots in the "pasticceria" - you can definitely taste it!
