Bin begeistert von Andreas Art dem Körper mehr Beweglichkeit und Kraft zu geben.Ihr fallen stets neue Varianten der Übungen ein, es wird nie langweilig.
Ich möchte diesen Fitnesskurs nicht mehr missen.
 The course did me very, very good to improve my stamina and flexibility.
I am enthusiastic about Andreas way of giving the body more flexibility and strength. She always comes up with new variations of the exercises, it never gets boring.
I don't want to miss this fitness class anymore.

Die gute Qualität und professionelle Durchführung des Kurs haben mir sehr geholfen, meine rheumatischen Beschwerden zu lindern und meinem Körper wieder Kraft und Beweglichkeit zu geben. Ich freue mich auf das wöchentliche Training und die gute Konmunikation mit Andrea.
It is with great pleasure that I take part in the fitness course offered by Dr Andrea Haensel. The good quality and professional implementation of the course helped me a lot to alleviate my rheumatic complaints and to give my body strength and flexibility again. I'm looking forward to the weekly training and the good communication with Andrea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die unglaublich motivierende, herzliche Art wie Andrea mit unserer Sporttruppe einen anstrengenden Arbeitstag abrundet, hat mir von Anfang an gefallen.
Jedes Alter, jedes Level, jeder kann jederzeit mitmachen, da der Andrea immer die perfekten Übungen zum leicht Abwandeln einfallen, sodass jeder Mitmachen kann. :)
I liked the incredibly motivating, warm way Andrea and our sports team rounded off a strenuous working day from the start.
Every age, every level, everyone can join in at any time, as Andrea always comes up with the perfect exercises to easily modify so that everyone can participate. :)
