Und das alles bei einem extrem lieben Tratscherl mit Gisela - wenn man will. I can only recommend this way of getting in shape. Yes, of course you sometimes torture yourself, but it works and is extremely good! And all this with an extremely lovely gossip with Gisela - if you want.

Mein Schweinehund ist riesen groß und meine Energie oft ganz unten, aber Gisela bringt mich trotzdem dazu alles zu geben und vor allem dran zu bleiben. Diese wahnsinnige Energie und Freude die Gisela ausstrahlt macht dies für mich möglich. Danke!!!! Ich habe auch schon Komplimente bekommen, dass ich so viel Kraft habe und ich fühle mich selbst in meinem Körper viel wohler. Yippiiiieeee :-) I've wanted to write that for a long time, now I'm finally doing it. I am so happy that I started training here. My weaker self is huge and my energy is often at the bottom, but Gisela still gets me to give everything and above all to stick with it. This incredible energy and joy that Gisela exudes makes this possible for me. Thank you!!!!
