Durch Zufall sind wir im Intersport Kerschbaumer gelandet. Die Auswahl war zwar nicht so abwechslungsreich, wie man es normalerweise in anderen Skigebiet gewohnt ist, sind aber trotzdem fündig geworden. Die Beratung ließ zu wünschen übrig, als Kunde bist du auf dich allein gestellt. Als wir dann kundgetan haben, dass wir was für uns gefunden haben, hatten wir das Gefühl, dass das Personal gar nicht verkaufen möchte. Wir sind sehr irritiert, da wir das von anderen Skiorten anders kennen und gern mal etwas kaufen, auch mehr als geplant. Dies ist uns in diesem Geschäft nicht passiert! In einem weiteren Geschäft in St Johann und im Skiort Großarl hatten wir dann endlich das gewohnte österreichische professionelle und freundliche Kaufgefühl, welches wir in diesem Geschäft zu 100 % vermisst haben!!! We are passionate skiers and wanted to treat ourselves to some new ski clothes after the Corona break. By chance we ended up at the Intersport Kerschbaumer. The selection wasn't as varied as you are used to in other ski areas, but we still found what we were looking for. The advice left a lot to be desired, as a customer you are on your own. When we announced that we had found something for us, we had the feeling that the staff didn't want to sell at all. We are very irritated because we know this differently from other ski resorts and like to buy something, even more than planned. This has not happened to us in this store! In another shop in St Johann and in the Grossarl ski resort we finally had the usual Austrian professional and friendly shopping feeling, which we missed 100% in this shop!!!
