Die Mitarbeiter sind hilfsbereit und freundlich Fragen auch noch mal nach ob alles okay ist. Hatte während des Skifahrens sogar die Ski getauscht gegen Allmountain-Ski,auch dabei gab es keine Probleme musste auch nichts nach bezahlen. Wartezeiten waren keine vorhanden ging alles recht flott. Das Skizubehör ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Very good ski rental service. The modern operator terminals allow you to order your complete ski. The staff are helpful and friendly Ask again if everything is okay. Had even swapped the skis for all-mountain skiing while skiing, even there were no problems had nothing to pay. Waiting times were not available, everything was pretty fast. The ski accessories are in very good condition.

Wir haben 3 Paar Ski ausgeliehen und die waren alle top?? Keine alten Modelle und sehr gut aufbereitet ( Wachs Kanten )Auch die Online Bestellung lief sehr gut. Really a really great ski rental, helpful, professional, accommodating, very quick response to e-mails and also very accommodating. Desired skis were reserved and made available on the desired date. Great!!!! We borrowed 3 pairs of skis and they were all great ?? No old models and very well prepared (wax edges) The online order also went very well.

Because they were very tough to release, we noticed something wrong and an on-slope ski repair centre put it right. No apology when we pointed out their error. A few grunts, a further tweaking of the bindings, ski's almost thrown back to us. Dangerous.

For example when my rental ski boots didn't feel good, they installed a special sole, no questions asked and it solved my sore feet. Also rental price turned out to be less than I calculated on the website. And the offer to buy after rental period was good and also negotiable

I had to exchange my boots as the first pair was too stiff (I'm a beginner), and they were incredibly understanding and gave me a new (and better) set of equipment. Then I never skied better and happier :D
