Wenn man jedoch in den Laden geht und dem Personal sagt, dass man gerne Ski ausleihen möchte, wird man mit einem lauten stöhnen und einem "Muss das sein begrüßt". Zudem gab es trotz mehrfachem nachfragen keinerlei Beratung. Stattdessen wurden, ohne zu fragen, die teuerste Ausrüstung an Anfänger verliehen. Eine Ausrüstung wurde direkt am 2ten Tag umgetauscht gegen eine günstigere Variante. Bei der Zurückgabe des Materials stand groß und fett das eine Differenz von ca. 20Euro, wegen dem nicht "VIP" Snowboard, auszuzahlen sei. Doch nach einem Blick des Personals in die Kasse hieß es dann, dass er das Geld nicht auszahlen könne. First the positive, the material was good. Met wat uitleg ben ik wat snowboarden gaan uitproberen via het verhuur gedeelte heb ik een duidelijke keus kunnen maken welk board ik echt wilde hebben. P	Philipp Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guter Skiverleih. Ich wurde sehr freundlich und sehr zügig bedient. Der Arbeitsablauf erschien mir gut eingespielt und effizient. Die Ski waren neuwertig und die Schuhe auch in sehr gutem Zustand. Gerne wieder. Bei der Bewertung mit einem Stern scheint es sich nicht um die Wahrheit zu handeln, da exakt die selbe Bewertung auch bei anderen Geschäften abgegeben wurde. Good ski rental. I was very friendly and served very quickly. The workflow seemed well recorded and efficient. The skis were new and the shoes also in very good condition. Gladly again. The rating with a star does not seem to be the truth, since the same rating was given to other stores.

Groot minpunt zijn de medewerkers, die zijn zeer kortaf en alleen maar bezig met het proces, niet de klant, jammer. Good material, excellent logistics (even with a group of 30 people you will be outside in no time). Big downside are the employees, who are very curt and only busy with the process, not the customer, too bad.

It also offers discount as well. Staff are vert friendly. However, just a minor point is that the instructions tells that we can take our ski in late afternoon for ski in the next day but the staff refuse to do so. A violation of trade description.
