D	Danny Kühn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte Probleme mit meinen eigenen Skischuhen, wurde professionell beraten und bin wunschlos glücklich. Ski waren top wie auch das Personal. Sehr freundlich und erfahren. Had problems with my own ski boots, was advised professionally and I am perfectly happy. Ski were great as well as the staff. Very friendly and experienced.

Bis nächstes Jahr Hochfügen! :-) Have spent my first holiday on skis, was professionally advised for equipment and got really good material. Hochfügen until next year! :-)

Und als wir die Ski um 16:40 abgeben wollten hieß es 'wir haben bereits zu' und ihr müsst 'einen kleinen Aufpreis zahlen'. Never again. Waited at first for an hour until we finally got the skis. They were not in a hurry. And when we left the skis at 16:40 it was said 'we already have to' and you have to pay a small extra charge '.

Der Laden ist sehr klein und bietet nicht sehr viel an Verkauf... An sich war ich sehr zufrieden und freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch in Hochfügen Have borrowed for a week skis and shoes. A	Anna Ga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ der Personal ist sehr langsam und dazu noch recht unhöflich. Bei mir musste nur die Bindung eingestellt werden. Über 1h in der Schlange gewartet obwohl vor mir nur 5 Leute waren. Dazu schließt der Laden schon um 16.30 obwohl die Lifte bis 16h fahren. Und wer 10 min zu spät die Ski zurück bringt wird aufgefordert ein Aufpreis zu zahlen. In den Laden gehe nie wieder rein! the staff is very slow and quite rude. With me, only the binding had to be set. Waited in line for more than 1 hour even though there were only 5 people in front of me. In addition the shop closes already at 16.30 although the lifts drive to 16h. And if you bring the skis back 10 minutes late you will be asked to pay extra. Never go back to the store!

Trotz Reservierung online hatten wir nur mit Glück noch den letzen Ski in der passenden Größe bekommen, andere, die schon seit über einer Stunde warteten, haben keine passenden mehr bekommen. Der Laden ist sehr klein, und somit stehen nur zwei Stationen zum einstellen der Bindung zur Verfügung. Wir waren erst später da, aber andere haben erzählt über 1,5 Stunden gewartet zu haben. Am Wochenende lieber wo anders Skier holen, und erst recht nicht reservieren, weil dann kann man bei zu langen schlangen nicht einfach weg gehen. Attention on the weekend. Despite reservation online, we were fortunate enough to get the last ski in the right size, others who had been waiting for over an hour did not get any more. The store is very small, so only two stations are available to set the binding. We were there later, but others have told us to wait over 1.5 hours. At the weekend, it is better to get skis elsewhere, and certainly not to reserve, because then you can not just go away with too long snakes.
C	Corinna Schäfer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr freundliches Personal, die sich Zeit nehmen und alles dafür geben das man glücklich auf der Piste unterwegs ist. Wir waren mit 7 Leute vor Ort und haben uns Material für 6 Tage geliehen-was mit unserer Chaoten-Gruppe nicht so ganz einfach war. Die nette Frau (schwarze lange Haare) aus dem Laden hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und war super geduldig mit uns. Ich hatte am Anfang etwas bedenken da ich nur die negativen Bewertungen gesehen habe, aber denen kann ich überhaupt nicht zustimmten. Super Laden mit freundlichem und kompetenten Personal. Very friendly staff who take their time and do everything they can to be happy on the slopes. We were there with 7 people and borrowed material for 6 days - which was not so easy with our chaotic group. The nice woman (black long hair) from the shop went out of her way and was very patient with us. At the beginning I had some concerns because I only saw the negative reviews, but I cannot agree with them at all. Super shop with friendly and competent staff.

I booked online but they do not accept an electronic version of the receipt and demand a printed copy of the voucher which we had to get printed from the hotel. Then they didn't really serve me and had to ask for my board after getting the boots. Return was a bit of a mess too with no proper signage. Note that they do not hire goggles or gloves. Board itself was a no name which was expected.
