★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teils schlechter und unfreundliches Personal. Essen war gut, aber sehr wenig.
Kartenzahlung wurde nach dem Essen nicht akzeptiert, da das EC Gerät angeblich bereits abgeschaltet war.
 Some bad and unfriendly staff. Food was good but very little.
Card payment was not accepted after the meal because the EC device was supposedly already switched off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alleine wenn man ankommt,spürt man Herzlichkeit. Man wird nicht nur als zahlender Gast gesehen. Den ganzen Aufenthalt, hat man das Gefühl, ein wichtiger Teil zu sein. Egal ob bei der Ankunft, beim Frühstück , Jause, Abendessen, du bist herzlich willkommen. Übrigens Essen, eine Wucht. Lift vor der Tür und man kann Skitouren ebenfalls von Beginn an bewerkstelligen. Ich kann nur sagen, jedes Jahr wieder. So ruhig, geerdet und völlig relaxed bin ich in einem Sommerurlaub nicht. Und noch was, wenn zuviele am Frühstücksbuffet, wird sich gleich darum gekümmert. Alles in allem, vielen Dank liebes Lamark Team und Familie Fankhauser.
Alone when you arrive, you can feel warmth. You are not only seen as a paying guest. The whole stay, you feel like an important part. Whether on arrival, at breakfast, snack, dinner, you are very welcome. By the way, food, awesome. Lift in front of the door and you can also do ski tours right from the start. I can only say, every year again. I'm not that calm, grounded and completely relaxed on a summer vacation. And one more thing, if there are too many at the breakfast buffet, they will take care of it right away. All in all, thank you dear Lamark team and family Fankhauser.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren jetzt das dritte Mal im Hotel (zuletzt vor ca. 4 Jahren). Familiäres Hotel mitten im Skigebiet. Lift und Piste in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch wenn das Restaurant Alexander und den Alacarte Bereich leider nicht mehr gibt, immer noch tolles Essen.
Mitten im Skigebiet - richiges Ski-In und Out.
Zimmer sind tlw. neu renoviert und sehr schön. Tlw. etwas klein und fast zu wenig Ablage und Trockenfläche für das Skigewand.
Sehr nettes Personal.
Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Nachmittagsjause auch sehr nett und abwechslungsreich. Beim Abendessen immer eine tolle Auswahl - sollte sich auch jeder etwas finden. Auf Sonderwünsche wird natürlich eingegangen.
We were now the third time in the hotel (last about 4 years ago). Family hotel in the middle of the ski area. Lift and slope in the immediate vicinity. Even if the Alexander restaurant and the Alacarte area no longer exist, the food is still great.
In the middle of the ski area - proper ski-in and out.
Rooms are partly newly renovated and very nice. partly a bit small and almost too little storage space and drying area for the ski robe.
Very nice staff.
Breakfast buffet offers everything your heart desires. Afternoon snack also very nice and varied. Always a great selection at dinner - everyone should be able to find something. Special requests are of course taken into account.
