Ich hatte ein Problem mit der vorderen Steckachse meines MTB. Der Mitarbeiter hat sich, ich glaube fast 1 1/2 Stunden damit "gespielt", mir aus 3 Steckachsen wieder eine funktionierende zusammen zu bauen. Und das, obwohl ich dieses Geschäft zum ersten Mal betreten habe und kein Stammkunde war. Danke dafür im Nachhinein! Ihr habt mir einen wunderschönen Tag mit meiner Frau gerettet. Ich war zuvor bei einem Mitbewerber in Schwarzach, der mich minutenlang stehen ließ, weil er es vorzog, mit einem Bekannten ein Schwätzchen zu halten. Tja, so verschieden geht man mit Kunden um. Natürlich weiß ich jetzt auch, wo das nächste Mal nicht hingehe, um etwas für mein MTB zu kaufen. I was previously with a competitor in Schwarzach who left me there for a few minutes because he preferred to chat with an acquaintance. Well, that's how different people treat customers. Of course I now also know where not to go next time to buy something for my MTB.
