Zudem wurde die Bindung unzureichend eingestellt. Immerhin erfolgte die gesamte Abwicklung durch freundliches Personal, dafür die zwei Sterne. Unfortunately, I have never received such bad rental material as here, although I booked the highest possible category. In addition, the binding was adjusted insufficiently. After all, the entire process was carried out by friendly staff, which is why the two stars.
M	Maria Kroich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht empfehlenswert :( Wir waren das erste und letzte Mal bei dieser Skischule. Die Dame an der Rezeption ist äußerst unfreundlich. Unser Sohn hat seinen Essens-Chip verloren (leider) - > sie meinte nur 'Pech für ihn! Ersatz gibt es keinen. Geben Sie ihm nochmal Geld mit'. Die Skilehrer stellen sich nicht vor und sprechen kaum mit den Kindern (aufgrund mangelnder Deutschkenntnisse). Des Weiteren ging während des Schnupperkurses ein Kind verloren, da einfach nicht darauf geachtet wurde wo die Kinder sind (Verletzung der Aufsichtspflicht)! Ich war zum Glück bei unserer Tochter, ansonsten hätte ich kein gutes Gefühl gehabt. Generell wirkte es wenig liebevoll und Spaß am Skifahren wird so definitiv nicht vermittelt. Nächstes Jahr sind wir in einer anderen Skischule :) Not recommended :( This was our first and last time at this ski school. The lady at the reception is extremely rude. Our son lost his meal chip (unfortunately) -> she just said 'bad luck for him! There is no replacement. Give him some more money'. The ski instructors do not introduce themselves and hardly speak to the children (due to a lack of German). Furthermore, a child was lost during the taster course because no one paid attention to where the children were (violation of the duty of supervision)! Luckily I was with our daughter, otherwise I wouldn't have had a good feeling. In general, it didn't seem very affectionate and fun in skiing is definitely not conveyed in this way. Next year we will be in another ski school :)

Skiausleihe Der Laden ist auch sehr gut, das Personal ist lieb und freundlich. ski school Everything is great here. S	Sergei Kurov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at Wenghof hotel and my wife and kid were beginners. The ski schule right across our hotel has been very busy. But they found a place for us at pro schule. The training process is very easy and comprehensive. The team is very responsive. I want to thank Frederik Parigger - the hero ski couch who literaly saved us from the slope. For some reason we thought that we could go down from the highest slope. DO NOT DO THAT IF YOU ARE A BEGINNER! so we stuck there in the middle of the slope unable to go down. Luckily, some Austrian family stopped to help us. The lady put our 9 year-old kid in front of her and slided down with her. But we could not do that with my wife. And here were Frederik came to help us. He took my wife on his back like a backpack and went down. Now, that you could get it right: my wife is 55kg and he is 65kg. He made a few stops when his muscles got stiff. And it was piched dark, no lights either! But finally he made it. So...again do not go on the slope unless you are an advanced rider. And God bless that family and Frederik. Happy end.
