â â â â â Haben ein Paar Ski fĂŒr eine Woche ausgeliehen. Prei war fĂŒr das Paar Ski "naja". Aber damit muss man wohl rechnen wenn man Ski vor Ort ausleiht. Service war gut. Umtauschen der Ski wĂ€re möglich gewesen.
 Borrowed a pair of skis for a week. Prei was "well" for the pair of skis. But you have to reckon with that if you rent skis on site. Service was good. Exchanging the skis would have been possible.

â â â â â Wir liehen vier Paar Ski und ein Snowboard aus. Das Board musste direkt am selben Tag wieder getauscht werden, da die Bindungen einfach immer wieder aufgingen. Bei einem anderen Paar Ski öffneten sich ebenso die BĂŒgel immer wieder in den Kurven. Bei Nachfrage der Nachjustierung sagte man es wĂ€re alles in nur Ordnung. War es nicht.
Bei der Abgabe der Ski hatten wir ein falsches Paar, weil jemand die falschen Ski nahm. Nun wurden wir direkt angeblafft, die Ski wurden auf den StĂ€nder geworfen und man beschimpfte uns. Anstatt lösungsorientiert zu handeln, wurde immer nur wieder geschimpft und gemeckert. UnverschĂ€mt ohne Ende und an Unfreundlichkeit nicht zu ĂŒberbieten. Einfach nur mies.
We borrowed four pairs of skis and a snowboard. The board had to be exchanged on the same day, because the bindings just kept coming off. On another pair of skis, the temples opened again and again in the curves. When asked for readjustment, they said everything was just fine. It wasn't.
When we returned the skis, we had the wrong pair because someone took the wrong skis. Now we were snapped at directly, the skis were thrown on the rack and we were insulted. Instead of acting in a solution-oriented manner, there was only repeated scolding and complaining. Outrageous without end and not to be beat in rudeness. Just lousy.

â â â â â Haben online 2 paar Ski plus Stöcke fĂŒr 4 Tage gebucht. Super Preis, da kriegt man in MĂŒnchen nicht mal einen Service mit wachsen.
Am Sonntag abgeholt, dauerte nur 10 Minuten, alles super.
Booked 2 pairs of skis plus poles online for 4 days. Great price, you don't even get a service with growing in Munich.
Picked up on Sunday, only took 10 minutes, everything great.
