â â â â â Wir waren eine Woche bei euch und die Anlage sowie unser Apartment war sehr schön, gepflegt und sauber.
Zwei Kleinigkeiten sind uns aufgefallen,
Einmal waren zu wenig AufhĂ€nger fĂŒr HandtĂŒcher im Badezimmer.
Und zum anderen mal fanden wir es sehr schade das es im Haus nur ein Italiener war . Der sehr lecker war aber wir hĂ€tten eine traditionelle KĂŒche besser gefunden.
Sehr empfehlenswert fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern.
Unsere Kinder waren gerne im Spielzimmer. Da gibt es fĂŒr jedes Alter was zu Spielen .
Der Spielplatz ist sehr schön gestaltet.
Und das Highlight war der Pool und die Saunalandschaft .
 We were with you for a week and the facility and our apartment were very nice, well-kept and clean.
We noticed two little things
Once there were not enough hangers for towels in the bathroom.
And on the other hand we thought it was a shame that there was only an Italian in the house. It was very tasty but we would have liked a traditional kitchen better.
Highly recommended for families with children.
Our children loved being in the playroom. There is something to play for every age.
The playground is very nicely designed.
And the highlight was the pool and the sauna area.

â â â â â Wir sind 3 Familien die gleichzeitig um eine Buchung im Alpenhaus Katschberg Feb 2023 angefragt haben. Zwei Familien zahlen fĂŒr gleiche Kategorie denselben Preis, wĂ€hrend wir um ⏠300,â mehr zahlen sollen, weil angeblich spĂ€ter eingelangt u Preiserhöhung. Kein Entgegenkommen, keine Verhandlungsbasis. Absolut nicht kundenfreundlich und in keiner VerhĂ€ltnismĂ€Ăigkeit. ACHTUNG bei Preisanbot, scheinbar variieren die Preise tagesaktuell!!!!
We are 3 families who asked for a booking at the Alpenhaus Katschberg Feb 2023 at the same time. Two families pay the same price for the same category, while we are supposed to pay âŹ300 more because allegedly the price increase arrived later. No concessions, no basis for negotiation. Absolutely not customer friendly and out of proportion. ATTENTION with price offer, apparently the prices vary daily!!!!

â â â â â Alpenhaus Katschberg hebben wij gezien toen wij eerdere jaren gebruik maakte van een accommodatie op Landal. Het is een zeer mooi Aparthotel wat van alle gemakken is voorzien, denk hierbij aan; grote appartementen, mooi en verwarmd skidepot, lekker zwembad, welness, speelcentrum voor kids en een super goed en sfeervol restaurant. Wij hadden een issue na het inchecken wat ging over de locatie van ons appartement, dit is uiteindelijk goed opgelost wat ervoor zorgt dat wij ook volgend jaar weer gebruik gaan maken van deze geweldige accommodatie!
We saw Alpenhaus Katschberg when we used an accommodation at Landal in previous years. It is a very nice Aparthotel which is fully equipped, such as; large apartments, beautiful and heated ski depot, nice swimming pool, wellness, play center for kids and a super good and attractive restaurant. We had an issue after checking in about the location of our apartment, this was eventually resolved well, which ensures that we will use this great accommodation again next year!

â â â â â Hotel aus dem Baujahr 1980 gĂŒnstig saniert, aber in Ordnung. Positiv ist die spitzen Lage, direkt an der Piste. Tiefgarage auch vorhanden.
Was mich im Restaurant beim FrĂŒhstĂŒck gestört hat, ist der diskriminierende Umgang des Chefs mit seinen Mitarbeitern, insbesondere mit den jungen und fleiĂig Kellner.
Hotel built in 1980, cheaply renovated but ok. The top location, directly on the slopes, is positive. Underground parking also available.
What bothered me in the restaurant at breakfast is the boss's discriminatory treatment of his employees, especially the young and hard-working waiters.

â â â â â Aparthotel with spacious apartments and a good location with basic 3-star hotel services and friendly (Hungarian) staff. Stay here if you want independent self catering but do not expect 4-star hotel services. This is a clean and quiet aprt-hotel in a re-purposed building with 32 units on 5 levels serviced by small elevator. There are two amenity floors with a pool and sauna (no gym), kids playroom, no reading lounge or bar, a large restaurant but with basic and uninspired food. Restaurant serves hot evening meals 1 hr per day. Reception is open 3pm-6pm during peak winter season.

â â â â â A great hotel with a very modern taste and has a lot of modern appliances like a dishwasher. The apartments are great and spacy with a breathtaking view.
The service is also good, but most things have an extra price like clean towels and a parking space. We did not experience a grumpy receptionist, but she wasn't really chatty either. There are trolley's available to transport your bagage from the car up to the apartment.
Be aware that in the off season there can be maintenance going on. We had a few builders outside that we're building a new garage entrance right below our balcony and they started quite early. The restaurant was also closed in the off-season. This is a small let down but you can expect these kind of thing all over Austria.
A great thing about the area is you get a tourist card with which you can enter a lot of stuff for free like a few cable cars, a lot of swimming pools but also, our personal favorite, a nature park riedingtal. It's a beautiful place with great hiking trails, definitely with the visit.
Lastly, be prepared to go up and down a mountain with at least 15% inclines. It's not a big problem, but can cause some stress, especially when the car is full baggage.

BUT for people who are sensible when sleeping, i leave this comment as an information:
1) bed sheet is poor quality, and apparently polyester.
2) cover is also 100% polyester (which maybe for many people preferable, coz it's easy to wash, but for some it might be a problem, as it were for me)
3) there is a huge gap between 2 mattress, so it's impossible to hug other person, without ending up in the gap (which is again upon the taste)
As i try to stress in overall very nice and pleasant place ? it was just few details, for people who want to know more about bed...
