M	Mark Moseley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small shop right at the base of the Gondola. Prices seemed reasonable, but this is also a great gondola to avoid the lift lines you'll get at some of the other Flachau-Wagrain lifts closer to town.

My mother was subjected to trick theft by the sells person, who swapped a 50 Euro note to 10 Euro note, as soon as my mother turned her back, to leave after receiving her change, after which the sells person called her back saying "oooh this is only a 10 Euro note not a 50". After an hour we returned to the shop, to talk to the management, and see video surveillance (but quality wasn't good enough on the little smart phone they used to see the transaction)

I wanted to try a specific pair of skis that their website said they had, but it turned out they don't have that brand for rent at all. I got some very professional help with my boots and the fitting of them and that's the reason it gets three stars.

Special thanks goes to Hansen - he has been doing ski boot fitting for quite a few years and at a glance, he was able to pick the right ski boots (and skis) for me. But don't be mistaken, we spent around an hour discussing the ski boots and fitting them. Although the weather conditions weren't perfect, I experienced the best skiing of my life. If you ever consider moving your skiing experiece several levels higher, go to Intersport Wagrain, ask for this guy and trust him completely. Getting ski boots for around €500 might seem a lot, but it is totally worth it.

Their rental is professional and personal unlike that of INTERSPORT Arena in Flachau. They have a very wide selection of boots, skis and everything you could want to own as an avid skiier. With the best boot-fitting facility within 200km this is definitely the best place to go if you're shopping for a new pair of boots. All in all a nice business with smiling and welcoming staff fair prices and a great shopping experience.
