★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet zo tevreden, 2 skies verkeerd afgesteld en moest op het midden station in orde gemaakt worden. Helaas werd direct aangenomen dat de fout bij ons lag. Niet netjes opgelost.
Not so satisfied, 2 skies incorrectly adjusted and had to be put in order at the middle station. Unfortunately it was immediately assumed that the error was with us. Not neatly solved.

Very good advice, friendly staff and if I want to try something else I can always exchange it. Bought new ski boots this year and they fit very well. Just very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My snowboard boots broke on the first day causing me to miss an afternoon of snowboarding, they were replaced, however on the third day one of my my snowboard bindings snapped. Upon returning to the rental shop the owner had a go at me for having snow on the board and bringing it into the shop before telling me it wasn’t his fault and that he would not offer any refunds for two missed afternoons of my holiday. Also my partners skis were incorrectly set up and had to be adjusted. To say I am not satisfied is an understatement!
