W	Wilma Troiss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nettes Spielzeuggeschäft in Nähe Meiselmarkt. Die Auswahl ist ausreichend. Leider war die Verkäuferin nicht sehr gewillt zu beraten. Ich hatte nach einer Spielzeuggruppe gefragt und mir wurde gezeigt, wo es zu finden ist, aber auf weitere Fragen wirkte sie eher genervt. Nice toy shop near Meiselmarkt. The choice is sufficient. Unfortunately, the seller was not very willing to advise. I asked about a toy group and was shown where to find it, but when asked further questions, she looked rather annoyed.

Ich war lange auf der Suche nach einen Laden der durch detaillierte Informationen zu seinen Artikeln und fachliche Kompetenz besticht.... Für mich ganz klar der Spielwarenladen in Wien! Schade das noch so wenig richtige Österreichische Unternehmen gibt! In 1140 Vienna the best selection of children's toys and toddler supplies .... I was looking for a shop for a long time that captivates with detailed information about its articles and professional competence .... For me, the toy shop in Vienna is very clear! Too bad that there are still so few real Austrian companies!

Wenn es mal technische Probleme gab waren sie schneller erledigt als irgendwo anders. Man hat nicht dieses Supermarkt Gefühl, tolle Geschäfte und die Preise waren immer sehr ok. Weiter so, ich komm auch noch mit den Enkelkindern. We have been buying everything from Spielwaren Heinz for 14 years, and nowhere else is friendlier service. If there were technical problems, they were dealt with faster than anywhere else. You don't have that supermarket feeling, great shops and the prices were always very ok. Keep going, I'll come with the grandchildren too.

Die Bewertung bezieht sich nicht auf das Sortiment, Qualität, etc., sondern nur auf folgendes Ereignis, dass mich sehr enttäuscht hat. Vor dem Geschäft befindet sich eine Spieleecke mit unter anderem drei Spielautos die sich durch das Einwerfen von 1€ Münzen betätigen lassen. Da meine kleine Tochter unbedingt mit einem dieser fahren wollte (ich Ihr diese Freude unbedingt machen wollte), und ich nur eine 2€ Münze hatte, bin ich mit ihr auf meinem Arm frohen Mutes in das Spielwarengeschäft Heinz gegangen. Ich habe bei der Dame an der Kasse höflich angefragt ob Sie diese 2€ Münze bitte wechseln könnte in zwei 1€ Münzen. Die Dame entgegnete, dass sie zwar noch Münzen habe aber nicht mehr so viele und mir aus diesem Grund die 2€ nicht wechseln möchte. Ich war sichtlich überrascht, da es kurz vor Ladenschluss war. Ich habe mich dennoch bedankt und habe das Geschäft verlassen. Meine Tochter war sichtlich traurig, und ich umso mehr sie so zu sehen! Bei einem Spielwarengeschäft hätte ich mir mehr Sensibilität erwartet, denn es sollte die Kinder glücklich machen, könnte man meinen… Affects the branch in the Auhof Center. The lady replied that although she still had coins, she didn't have that many and for this reason I didn't want to change the € 2. I was visibly surprised because it was close to closing time. I thanked you anyway and left the shop. My daughter was visibly sad, and I was all the more sad to see her like that! I would have expected more sensitivity in a toy store, because it should make the children happy, you might think ...
