Mein Preisvergleich hat mir dann auch bestätigt das Maslen der Richtige für mein neues Dach ist. Mein Kauf ist jetzt ca. 1 Jahr her. Ich bin noch immer sehr zufrieden. Obwohl meine Adaptionen und Anpassungen (Regenrinne, Verkleidung, ...) nur wenige Euros ausmachen, ist Maslen extrem hilfsbereit und nimmt sich Zeit für meine Lösung. Mein Fazit nach 1 Jahr: sehr empfehlenswert! Super competent employees. The recommended, practical solution and the products that were always delivered on time worked perfectly. My price comparison then confirmed that Maslen was the right one for my new roof. My purchase was about 1 year ago. I am still very happy. Although my adaptations and adjustments (gutter, cladding, ...) are only a few euros, Maslen is extremely helpful and takes time to find my solution. My conclusion after 1 year: highly recommended!

Ich habe aufgrund der Dringlichkeit meiner Bestellung täglich telefonisch nachgefragt und erhielt 3x die Antwort heute noch oder morgen. Kam dadurch in schwere Zeitnot und muss mir jetzt einen neuen Lieferanten suchen! Wenigstens eine ehrlicheAuskunft und vielleicht ein Anruf wäre nett gewesen! Fühle mich richtig veräppelt! Nie wieder werde ich hier bestellen oder die Firma weiterempfehlen! Frage mich, wie diese Firma überlebt, wenn alles von der Software abhängt? Due to a software problem, this company was unable to make an estimate for over 1 week. Due to the urgency of my order, I asked every day by phone and received the answer three times today or tomorrow. Caused by severe time constraints and now I have to find a new supplier! At least honest information and maybe a call would have been nice! Feel really kidding! I will never order here again or recommend the company! Wonder how this company survives when everything depends on the software?

Aber die Leistungen von Maslen und den slowakischen Partnern waren präzise perfekt und Termin genau - es wurde das Haus und Nebengebäude - komplett gedeckt - mit initiativen Detailleistungen - die nicht im KV waren - auch nicht berechnet wurden - ein Ergebnis dass enorme Freude machte. (Dass das Team noch dazu extrem freundlich war nicht zu glauben.) Amazing: On the recommendation of friends we visited Maslen in Brunn am Gebirge - a small and not very special office - but the team convinced us despite the warning about "foreigners", "Slovaks" etc. But the services of Maslen and the Slovak partners were precisely and perfectly Exactly on time - the house and outbuildings - completely covered - with initiative detail services - which were not part of the KV - were not even calculated - a result that was enormous pleasure. (It would be hard to believe that the team was extremely friendly, too.)
