V	Viktor Bonsaizecke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Karte wurde mir eingezogen und ich sollte eine neue zugestellt bekommen, was aber nie passiert ist und aus dem Grund musste ich mehrmals zum Schalter in Feldkirch (Konto war bei der Sparkasse Dornbirn) und mehrmals ohne Probleme bis heute. Mein Vorname wurde zwischenzeitlich geändert, was ich aber auch mehrmals ohne Probleme erklären konnte. Ich hatte Ausweis, George Zugang, identes ausweisfoto auf dem man mich wiedererkennt und auch die selbe Unterschrift und auf ein mal, war es der betroffenen Dame zu "gefährlich" mir das Geld auszuzahlen, da sie das ohne karte eigentlich nicht durften, obwohl es bisher auch funktioniert hat. Also hat man mir stattdessen gar kein Geld gegeben und ich kann sehen wo ich bleibe. Wollte schon lange mein Konto dort zumachen, da die intransparenz und Inkompetenz des Unternehmens und der Mitarbeiter schon lange sehr stark aufgefallen ist. Ich würde jedem abraten, dort hingehen, geschweige denn dort sein Geld anzulegen. Einfach dreist. H	Heinz DON. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MEINE ERFAHRUNG MIT DER SPARKASSE FK. Wurde jahrelang gut von Herrn M.B. und Herrn O.G. betreut. Nach dem Betreuerwechsel den ich von George erfuhr keinen Service mehr. Herr A. Sperrte sogar meine Karte weil ich für den Überziehungsrahmen nicht mehr 130 € p.a. zahlen wollte. Als ich reklamierte wurde ich zur Filiale Götzis abgeschoben und wieder ein neuer Betreuer. Herr B. hatte keine Kompetenzen und mußte alles nachfragen und Rückrufe wenn überhaupt verspätet. Für diese Gebühren über 30 Euro im Quartal plus Kartenairpack und Kreditkartengebühr usw. kann man einen bessern Service erwarten. Meine persönliche Meinung in Zeiten von Onlinebanking sollten sich die MA mehr um den Kunden bemühen und die Banken mit den Gebühren vorsichtig sein. Jetzt bin ich bei der BTV gelandet mtl. Gebühren ca. 8 € mit Debitkarte und auch Visa und N26 als 2te Bank die gar keine Gebühren verlangt. Leute schaut mal eure Kontoauszüge am Ende des Quartals an. MY EXPERIENCE WITH SPARKASSE FK. Wenn 6 Sternen konnte, dieses Bank verdient 7 davon ! Tolles Bank ! LG, Tibor Top service, very nice staff. What a bank advisor can do, Ms. Susanne does it without any stupid excuses as requested by the customer. If 6 stars could, this bank deserves 7 of them! Great bank! LG, Tibor
