★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe in den letzten 4 Jahren dreimal mit dieser Zulassungsstelle zu tun gehabt. Ich bin jedes Mal schwer beeindruckt vom absoluten Fehlen auch nur eines Hauchs von Freundlichkeit des Herrn von der Zulassung gegenüber seiner Kundschaft.
I have been involved with this Admissions Office three times in the last 4 years. I am always impressed by the absolute lack of even a hint of friendliness of the Lord of the admission to his clientele.
