Bei Info Vergabe - keine Augen Kontakt, während der Gespräch hat weiter ihre Arbeit Gemächt ... wie die Scheine Geld sortieren! The lady at the counter was very irritated! Ich habe alle mein Geld ausgezahlt und zu anderer Bank gewechselt, den Kundenbetreuern war das total wurst. Bad advice, you don't feel welcome here, poor social skills and a lot of bureaucracy and old-fashioned ... we're in 2021 and you have to be there for every little thing, loan disbursement takes a week ... I paid out all of my money and switched to another bank, the account managers didn't care.

Wenn man nicht Feind seines eigenen Geldes ist, sollte man sich auf jeden Fall eine andere Filiale suchen!!!! Ein kleiner Tipp sollten sie doch bei Frau S. Ein Konto eröffnen, kümmern sie sich lieber gleich selbst um den Bankwechsel, mir wurde gesagt, das man sich darum kümmert und jetzt darf ich die Gebühren zahlen, weil es verschlampt wurde ? Der Werten Dame ist das auf jeden Fall alles egal und man bekommt nur patzige Antworten…guter Service sieht anders aus!!!! Ich weiß, dass meine alte Kontokarte für den Wechselservice kopiert wurde, wurde halt einfach vergessen. Es wird auf jeden Fall ein Nachspiel haben, weil alles muss man sich nicht gefallen lassen!
