E	Ernst Spass on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal teilweise freundlich.Oft stark frequentiert, durch die Lage im Kaufpark (Wohnpark) Alterlaa. Daher bemüht man sich anscheinend nicht mehr sehr. Z. B. bei einem Artikel nur 4 verbeulte Dosen (die eigentlich nicht verkauft werden sollten) vorhanden..Manche stärker nachgefragte Artikel sind oft Tage oder sogar Wochen nicht vorhanden, Staff partly friendly. Often heavily frequented, due to the location in the Kaufpark (residential park) Alterlaa. So apparently you don't try too hard anymore. E.g. an article only has 4 dented cans (which should not actually be sold). Some articles that are in high demand are often not available for days or even weeks,

Am Samstag, 30. 1., gab es um 9.30 Uhr kein einziges Bio-Ei im Regal, ebensowenig Krenwurzen. Überhaupt gibt es kaum Bio-Produkte. Die "Damen" an der Feinkosttheke sind meist nicht auffindbar und wenn sie da sind glänzen, sie durch mürrische Unfreundlichkeit. Bisweilen schießt in so einem Fall der Mann von der Brotabteilung herbei und bedient freundlichst und bestens. Der Mann ist außerordentlich gut. Die Kassiererin, wenn auf lange Warteschlange angesprochen, antwortet überhaupt nicht und wendet das Gesicht ab. Ein derartig mieses Kundenservice erlebe ich vielleicht noch bei Hofer. Da nun MERKUR mit BILLA zusammengelegt wird, wäre ich glücklich, zu einem österreichischen Anbieter, der SPAR ja ist, wechseln zu können. Nur dieses miese Angebot mag ich nicht akzeptieren. Noch ein Wort zum "Inhaber", der hier auf diverse Kritik antwortet. Ist Ihnen noch nicht aufgefallen, dass die Kritik an der Kundenfreundlichkeit seit mehr als einem Jahr anhält? Wenn sie also versprechen, dass sie die Kritik an die Marktleitung weiterleiten, fühle ich mich verhöhnt. Denn klar ist, dass dies die Marktleitung arrogant ignoriert. Ich bin wirklich verwundert, wie SPAR auf die Konkurrenzpläne von REWE reagiert: mit gleichbleibender Kundenfeindlichkeit. The SPAR gourmet branch in Kaufpark Alterlaa is characterized by constant negligence in terms of range and service. On Saturday, January 30th, at 9.30 a.m. there wasn't a single organic egg on the shelf, and neither were Krenwurzen. There are hardly any organic products at all. The "ladies" at the delicatessen counter are mostly not to be found and when they are there, they shine through sullen unfriendliness. Sometimes in such a case the man from the bread department shoots over and serves in the most friendly and best way. The man is extremely good. The cashier, when asked about the long queue, doesn't answer at all and turns her face away. I might still experience such lousy customer service at Hofer. Since MERKUR is now being merged with BILLA, I would be happy to be able to switch to an Austrian provider, which is SPAR. I just don't want to accept this lousy offer. One more word about the "owner" who answers various criticisms here. Haven't you noticed that the criticism of customer friendliness has been going on for more than a year? So if they promise to pass the criticism on to the market management, I feel mocked. Because it is clear that the store management arrogantly ignores this. I'm really amazed at how SPAR reacts to REWE's rival plans: with constant hostility towards customers.
S	Sani “Mani42” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An sich sehr gut, gehe seit fast 8 Jahren regelmäßig hin, jedoch konnte ich mir letztens keine Paysafe-Karte kaufen, da diese an der Kasse vom Barcode-Leser nicht erkannt wurde, wodurch ich vergeblicher weise zum Interspar gegenüber musste. In itself very good, have been going there regularly for almost 8 years, but recently I was unable to buy a Paysafe card because it was not recognized by the barcode reader at the checkout, which meant that I had to go to Interspar in vain.

K	Karin W. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War nach dem Umbau kurz besser..aber jetzt wieder ewig lange Schlange bei der kassa und es wird keine 2. aufgemacht. Angebot auch nicht berauschend für Gourmet spar. Schade, weil so praktisch in der Nähe.. Was briefly better after the renovation..but now there's a long queue at the checkout again and no second one is opened. Offer also underwhelming for gourmet spar. It's a shame because it's so close by...
