★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe heute zum zweiten Mal hier ein Paket abgeholt. Insgesamt war meine Familie ca. 5 mal bei diesem Shop.
Ich war ziemlich überrascht von den schlechten Rezensionen weil mein Eindruck von diesem Mann ziemlich neutral war. Er hat seinen Job souverän gemacht und damit bin ich sehr zufrieden, hat knapp 2 Minuten gedauert.
Mir hat meine Mutter mitgeteilt , dass einige Kunden sehr respektlos mit dem Mann umgegangen sind, dennoch muss man die Ruhe bewahren. Ich habe keine schlechten Erfahrungen mit Ihm und deshalb eine positive Bewertung.
Die Rezension bezieht sich ausschließlich für das Paket-Abholen und nicht auf die Lebensmittel im Laden , mit denen habe ich keine Erfahrung.
 I picked up a package here for the second time today. In total, my family has been to this shop about 5 times.
I was quite surprised by the bad reviews because my impression of this man was pretty neutral. He did his job confidently and I'm very satisfied with that, it took just under 2 minutes.
My mother told me that some customers were very disrespectful to the man, but you have to stay calm. I have no bad experiences with him and therefore a positive rating.
The review relates only to the package pick-up and not to the groceries in the store, with which I have no experience.

Hoffe ich habe in Zukunft nichts mehr mit UPS zu tun.
These opening times for a parcel shop are not acceptable - closed on Monday? - Tuesday from 12?
Hope I have nothing more to do with UPS in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is more or less empty, only purpose of the shop is to receive packages from different delivery companies. And that is the worst place for you package to land. The guy there is search for packages for ages, the average waiting time for me was 20 mins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Packet Shop is just terrible. Each time my package lands there I receive absolutely no notifications about that, whether it is DPD or GLS. The waiting time is very long, because the guy usually can't find anything in his mess. Today I tried to send a package back and it was not possible to do so, because his device couldn't accept my package label. So I had to go to a different packet shop in a BILLA where there was no problem with that. I really hope that DPD or GLS could improve this situation somehow.
