Dazu in meinem Fall auch mein Stammfriseur- Auch hier...hervorragender Service im gesamten Beautybereich!!! A big compliment to all DM branches! Best trained and friendly staff! Bedienung freundlich und Termin-Buchung online Top - sonst leider nicht weiter zu empfehlen. Der Schnitt leider wirklich schlecht. Nicht empfehlenswert für Männerschnitte (bei rund EUR 30). Aber die Filialleitung storniert nach Lust und Laune Bestellungen. (Die Bestellung war laut dem Kundenservice nicht storniert) Wenn man einen Service nicht anbieten kann sollte man es besser sein lassen anstatt die Kunden zu ärgern. There is a lot of advertising with the express pick-up, but it doesn't work at all. The goods are reserved for collection for 7 days. But the branch management cancels orders as the mood takes it. (The order was not canceled according to customer service) If you can't offer a service, it's better to leave it alone than to annoy customers.
