A	Ayra Brock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15 Kunden in der Schlange, nur 1 Kassa offen gegen 18.30h und 2 MitarbeiterInnen quatschen in der Getränkeabteilung. Als ich die Mitarbeiterin Gizem darauf aufmerksam gemacht habe, dass eine zweite Kassa gebraucht wird, hat sie mich einfach ignoriert und dann musste sie doch an die Kassa. Da wurde ich weder begrüßt, noch ein auf Wiedersehen nach Bezahlung. Stattdessen wurde die Rechnung und das Restgeld mehr oder weniger in meine Richtung gefetzt. Bin normalerweise immer happy mit dem Service aber Kundenservice lässt nach ?? und mit solch eine unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin, kommt ein Kunde nicht ein zweites Mal. 15 customers in line, only 1 cash desk open around 6.30 p.m. and 2 employees chat in the drinks department. When I pointed out to the Gizem employee that a second cash desk was needed, she simply ignored me and then she had to go to the cash desk. I was neither greeted nor a goodbye after payment. Instead, the bill and the remaining money were more or less torn in my direction. I'm usually always happy with the service, but customer service diminishes ?? and with such an unfriendly employee, a customer doesn't come a second time.

Andere Spar haben hingegen IMMER viel zur Auswahl My regular supermarket! Unfortunately there is not much choice when it comes to Schärdinger cheese, unless it is on sale! Other savings, on the other hand, ALWAYS have a lot to choose from

Auch sind fast immer genug Kassen offen, dass keine lange Wartezeit anfällt. Dass es eine Frischfleisch Theke und quasi einen Fleischer gibt macht es auf dem kleinen Raum noch besser.
