Auch wenn dieser nicht zustande gekommen ist, so darf ich ausdrücklich darauf hingeweisen, dass Frau Holzer geduldig, sehr bemüht und vor allem sehr freundlich sich meiner Sache angenommen hatte. Ich wünsche ihr alles Liebe und Gute, und bedanke mich sehr für ihre Freundlichkeit und kompetente Art in der telefonischen Beratung. Ist heut zu Tage keine Selbstverständlichkeit. ?✨?
I had a conversation with Ms. Holzer at SVS about my glasses. It was about reimbursement of costs by the insurance company. Even if this did not materialize, I would like to point out that Ms. Holzer had taken care of my cause patiently, very hard and, above all, very kindly.
