Musil erhält man dort gut Auskunft und man erfährt so einiges über sein Leben. Leider habe ich keinen entsprechenden Katalog hierzu gesehen. Sehr nettes Personal übrigens… I was there for R.'s music, less because of I. Bachmann. I have not read anything about the latter. About R. Musil gives you good information and you learn a lot about his life. Unfortunately, I have not seen a corresponding catalog. Very nice staff by the way ...

Sehr interessante Ausstellung über drei Schriftsteller, die mit Klagenfurt verbunden sind: Robert Musil, Ingeborg Bachmann und Christine Lavant. Sehr viel Information, sehr nette Leute vor Ort. Und dann gibt es noch ein Bücherregal, wo sich jeder was mitnehmen kann. More of a random visit. Very interesting exhibition about three writers associated with Klagenfurt: Robert Musil, Ingeborg Bachmann and Christine Lavant. A lot of information, very nice people on site. And then there is a bookshelf where everyone can take something with them.

Hard to believe: in the immediate vicinity of the train station: Robert Musil's birthplace. A sensitive introduction to life, thought and work not only from him but also from Ingeborg Bachmann and Christine Lavant. When you're around: definitely not to be missed!

The Museum is in the back and shows exhibitions about the Writers Robert Musil, Ingeborg Bachmann and Christine Lavant. The Museum is opposite the Central Main Railway Station. So you can visit it while waiting for a train.
