★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin leider rundum enttäuscht von diesem Versicherungsbüro. Nach einem KFZ-Unfall mit Totalschaden vor 3 Monaten habe ich bis heute noch keine Information erhalten, wann mit der Versicherungsleistung gerechnet werden kann. Stattdessen wird mir nach erfolgter Kündigung weiterhin die Versicherungsprämie abgebucht - ohne jegliche Information darüber, versteht sich. Als langjähriger Kunde einer Versicherung erwarte ich mir sowohl Beratung, als auch Bemühen meines Kundenbetreuers und auch vom Kundenbüro allgemein. Diese Versicherung werde ich wohl nie wieder wählen - weder privat, noch beruflich.
Unfortunately, I am completely disappointed with this insurance office. After a car accident with total loss 3 months ago, I have not yet received any information as to when the insurance benefit can be expected. Instead, the insurance premium will continue to be debited from me after termination - without any information about it, of course. As a long-standing customer of an insurance company, I expect advice and efforts from my account manager and from the customer office in general. I will probably never choose this insurance again - neither privately nor professionally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht einmal die Kündigung eines Versicherungsvertrages funktioniert bei der Generali ohne Probleme:
Schriftliche Kündigung im Regionalbüro Lienz am 18.03.2019. Am 05.08.2019 schreibt die Regionaldirektion Steiermark, Kärnten und Osttirol, dass sich per 01.12.2019 der Vertrag um ein Jahr verlängert, wenn er nicht bis spätestens 1 Monat vorher gekündigt wird.
Dafür wurden nach einem Schiunfall die Bezahlung von weniger als 50,- Euro für Krücken abgelehnt, obwohl in den letzten 20 Jahren mehr als 13.000,- Euro eingezahlt wurden.
Not even canceling an insurance contract works without problems at Generali:
Written notice in the Lienz regional office on March 18, 2019. On 05.08.2019 the regional directorate of Styria, Carinthia and East Tyrol wrote that the contract will be extended by one year from 01.12.2019 if it is not canceled at least 1 month in advance.
After a ski accident, the payment of less than 50 euros for crutches was refused, although in the past 20 years more than 13,000 euros have been paid in.
